Track down a copy of "Burn the fat, feed the muscle" by Tom Venuto. This guy knows nutrition. Make a solid meal plan with the info found in his book.

That's an interesting take on that sub, thanks for your insight.

Not bad for a sub that gets so much hate from anywhere else. It must get some things right after all!

Bringing a child into this world without establishing a career is insane. Bringing a new guy over every weekend, hoping one would stay and provide for her and the kid is her idea of a career.

You handled this correctly, however hard it may have seemed at the time. Please travel back in time and tell your story to BP me about ten years ago. I would owe you big time!

Just a little tidbit about their vocabulary that might help you in your debates: Distorting or lying about reality = “feminist analysis” Biology = “lies” Reality = “discrimination” Any power a man has = “patriarchy” Any power a woman has = “empowerment” Pornography pleasing to lesbians = “erotica” Pornography pleasing to men = “exploitation and degradation of women” Person who says feminists are wrong = “hate criminal” Woman-firster and advocator of any measure against men = “feminist” Patriarch…

While I love talking about my PUSH-PULL-LEG day regimen of ABCXABCX when I'm with fellow lifters I fully know women will not be impressed at all. Moreso, they will classify me as a try-hard and "not natural". When asked how much I work out by a woman I always answer in my most serious tone: "5 pushups. EVERY day." as if I just expounded on the most grueling workout known to man. Change subject and carry on.

They are the perpetual victims aren't they? I wonder if they ever get tired of their own rhetoric.

Haha indeed. I went from "I will never understand women, us men just aren't capable of that" to "Oh, they are really that simple?" in about two days after discovering the red pill.

How long before they start using the WGTOW acronym and claim they "invented" this way of life?
/r/TheRedPill16/10/14 08:43 AM

Exactly. I hear the same thing when men who have been going their own way for years suddenly find out that there is an MGTOW movement. One does not need to follow a certain group to apply the core principles.

Anger phase can be brutal. When I figured out the Red Pill I was mostly angry for the 10+ years that I lost. So much time that I could never recuperate. I can quite understand people want to lash out.

I tried to give you one thousand upvotes but I had to settle for one.
/r/TheRedPill08/10/14 10:39 AM

Exactly. Once you understand exactly what kind of effort is required to get women, you can make a cost/benefit analysis. Not everyone feels like it's worth the effort. The central theme is always "improve yourself" and for a good reason. With or without women, personal development is a great big win.

Good point, but with the male pill and fembots women are taught to never underestimate the adaptability of men either. The great slap in the face to all women, indeed.
/r/TheRedPill23/09/14 10:30 AM

You make some valid points, society has indeed changed. Still, you seem to think women are thinking rationally about these things. The question stands! Why are feminists constantly trying to fuck with such a careful balance of power which clearly favors them, when the consequences could be so disastrous for them? Because they haven't thought about the consequences. They want to have what they feel they want to have, and they want it now. Think about all the men that are getting their ass handed …

Indeed, the only person that REALLY matters is yourself. Awesome to hear you really get this. I give people the wild wolf look- with narrowed eyes which is pretty easy for me. I laughed out loud and that doesn't happen a lot.

A condom has other uses than to prevent pregnancies. I will keep using them to prevent STDs and I sincerely hope all others will continue to use them as well.
/r/TheRedPill11/09/14 01:00 PM

Exactly. No more relying on women telling you they are on the pill when at the same time they can benefit greatly from getting pregnant.
/r/TheRedPill10/09/14 01:54 PM

It is also likely that some women will attempt to reject sex (in order to use it as a bribe to get the procedure no doubt) unless such a procedure is done for one reason or another and it may come to be that we will have to think of a strategy to fend that sort of bullshittery away if we can't manage to do so with the knowledge we have at the time. No idea what you're on about bro.
/r/TheRedPill10/09/14 01:47 PM

That is a surprisingly short timetable. Looking forward to the product itself, even more to the feminist butthurt that will likely ensue. No more oops-I'm-pregnant scams and they know it!

A warm home with loving parents is indeed a very important part of happiness according to this study. Later in the article it starts talking about what one could do if the childhood was less than ideal. The childhood isn't all determining, as people who had a loving relationship for the rest of their lives were also able to live a happy and fulfilled life. (that's how the whole loving relationship thing was brought forward in the article anyway)

Very interesting article. Especially liked that part about how staying active really helps you live a longer life, but also a better life. Did raise my eyebrows a bit at the conclusion. "Love is happiness. Full stop" I can't even begin to imagine finding someone to love and be loved in this day and age. Being in a loving marriage certainly is good for you I can believe that, but I just don't see it happening anymore.

It's just that your thoughts sound all too familiar to me. I crawled out of that hole and I see the difference it has made. Just let me say this to you: focus on yourself until you are better. Don't even try getting in relationships as women will only add drama and you don't need that.

I was like you some years ago. Tired and defeated I sloughed through life. At one point I didn't want to continue living like that and I wrote down my goals. I started working out, losing fat, gaining muscle. The first few weeks I was fighting the imposed regimen with every fiber of my being, because it takes at least a few weeks to get into a new habit. I knew about that so I pushed on. Now I feel like I spent the first 29 years of my life asleep. I'm 31 now and finally I love life and I feel l…

Hey, welcome to the red pill. I understand the massive rift you see between the world you want, and the world you live in. It takes time to digest this, but it is important that you understand that the world will never be like you want it to be. All we can do is become the best man we can be and get most out of the life given to us. Read the sidebar material carefully, follow the discussions here and you'll come along nicely. Funny story. Also, this commenter: "Guy here, I prefer experienced women because I am tired of teaching, any guy that is worried about how many sexual partners you have had is insecure and maybe a little misogynistic. Not great quality's in a mate if you ask me, you didn't make a mistake, if he can't handle something this trivial you are better off." is definitely not a guy.

Experiment with other exercises that don't involve your biceps, like working on your core for example. You will benefit greatly from this when eventually you resume lifting. Always stay in motion.

First of all, that was one difficult story to read. Especially the made up part. Really hope that you definitely cut all contact with that oneitis girl. The anger phase is only natural after the way you have been treated, but I have no idea how one reacts when on antidepressants. Make sure you don't become reliant on these drugs. Awesome to hear you are working so hard to get your life back on track. All the best for your finals bro.

You know, not many men will eventually understand that situation as you do know. Thinking back, men will usually find something they did wrong and blame themselves, making them more cautious (and more BP in the process) in following relationships. Well at least that's how it played out for me.

Agreed, too many men just follow the life script that was forced upon them. Tell them that they can choose to live life at their own terms and prepare for a look of pure incredulity. Let them serve as a warning for the new generation of men I say.

True, women have no clue on how slow muscles develop and the sheer amount of work involved. They also think they can gain muscle at the same rate as men, which is far from the truth.

Hey man, it's a Matrix reference indeed. "The red pill and its opposite, the blue pill, are pop culture symbols representing the choice between embracing the sometimes painful truth of reality (red pill) and the blissful ignorance of illusion (blue pill). The terms, popularized in science fiction culture, derive from the 1999 film The Matrix. In the movie, the main character Neo is offered the choice between a red pill and a blue pill. The blue pill would allow him to remain in the fabricated re…
