I think anything by Mark Manson is a great read. I like his approach on reframing oneself instead of being fake.

I learned something from my years of dating and talking and reading. Women are very very good at seeing insecurities. Unfortunately, you are playing game on hard mode, that's just reality. You have to accept it and develop the mindset of accepting it. Once you pass that, it opens a lot of doors to pursue other things that will make you a more rounded attractive person. Remember, you only need 1 girl in a sea of millions. Of course, your mindset and your happiness comes first. Don't forget that. …

Not only is it a permanent label but she will always think about doing it again. Even if she is one day in a faithful relationship she will have temptations and will think about it. It means that the individual is greedy and selfish.

I'm going to add "The Subtle Art of not giving a F*ck" by Mark Manson This is one of books that I've recently read that was able to change my perspective on evaluating my values and learning that there is only so many fucks to give in the world that you are better off focusing on yourself than trying to please the values of others.

I'm from Toronto. I miss the showing of this yesterday. Where or when can I go to see this again in Toronto?

Based on my experience for those that have been cheated on or will probably one day could be cheated on, never ever try to fix the relationship or bother with any attempt of trying to salvage or rekindle that relationship. The trust is gone so walk away. Simply walk away because any attempt shows that she has more power than you and she will be one dominating the relationship. You don't want that because she will just think of you as beta.. no.. even worst, a puppy who can't protect her. From wh…

Because all they want is a provider? What if they are financially capable themselves?

As a 5'5 Asian guy who already knows that he is at a major disadvantage as he is short, what can I do to increase my chances? I am already lifting and trying to succeed academically but somewhere down the line, I always get anxiety and depressed about my height knowing that I am playing life on hard mode. You can control your weight but not your height and to be honest, whenever I an overweight average height to tall individual complain about how life is unfair, I start to detest them because if…

It just shows the wife's true color. If anything, disgusted is better demonstrated.

I'm 5'5 (164 cm) and Asian just like you and your content is a booster to my ego after reading it. Being this height is definitely playing Life on hard mode and I swear, I feel defeated almost everyday! There are days where I don't even want to go outside because I am disgusted and insecure about my height. I always hate myself and feel terrible because unlike weight gain and obesity, hard work can help you improve and make you slender again but there is no solution for height aside from wearing…

I think the appropriate message is to not take everything with a grain of salt and belive whatever is posted. The subreddit does have very interesting treads to help men regain their confidence. Just like every article you read, you have to take it with a grain of salt and analyze and critic it. Keep in mind the subreddit is filled with many people including myself who have been very hurt by our past relationship so it does include a sample of selection bias.

As a person who has been cheated on and still in anger, what did you do to help move on? You clearly explained the process of the cheating and the destruction afterwards but what would you say about the thought process of the cheater and the victim down the road? I still missed the person that cheated on me and sadly it has made my perception into believing that women in general are not Snowflakes and if anything are worst than males capable of being more deceptive and manipulative. I've grown a…

Man... I really needed this and you got this locked on about me. My ex cheated on me with my best friend last October (didn't work because she was an idiot and my friend was loyal) and to this day, I still feel absolutely shit. Her actions and suddenly stopped loving me destroyed me more than I could handle. I defined myself as her and I, as a couple willing to tackle on problems together.... until her betrayal. Despite us not being together anymore, I can't seem to move on because I needed her …

This is going to suck ass but I definitely agree with you. Dated a bitch once whom I thought was so genuine and a unicorn. However throughout the relationship, she wanted to settle really badly and get married and wanted to moved in together while I was still in school with no job offer yet. Told her how I felt uncomfortable with the entire idea because I don't know where my career is going to be in order to provide for the both of us. The talk got heated and I expressed myself how I was not con…

As a 5'5 guy, I'm having trouble with this and live everyday hating myself because of my height. Make no mistake, I understand the importance of other criterias that will man me up eg. Gyming up, building social skills, building my career and learning constantly to become more diversified. However, I'm going to be a beta cluster asking this because I'm always at a disadvantage and my confidence hits low but what can a 5'5 guy do to make himself more desirable? Laugh at me, tell me I'm as beta af…

She's only thinking in the moment without the appreciation of thinking about the consequences.
