I don't think anyone should ever consider retiring unless absolutely necessary. Eating healthy will help and some exercise. It's all well and good to talk about business, but what kind of business are you looking at? Have you done the market research? Do you know what your working capital needs will be? Do you know how to make a basic financial projection or outline? Do you understand your customer? Their demographics? Their income? Do you know basic ways to manage/raise capital or get credit? You may gain like 5 kg's if you're just starting out but in general no. You should not expect miracles. Usually its 1 kg a month of muscle. If you do intermittent fasting it helps increase HGH.

Gaining muscle is harder than losing fat IMO. You need a lot of discipline and it usually takes 12-18 months, of dieting, working out, and proper rest. Fat it depends, saturated fat is ok, trans fat is bad.
