Q4W: Are you accepting of men artificially enhancing their looks?Have you never heard a woman coo and compliment a man in makeup? Edit: also I’m not talking about full drag queen makeup, just some well put-on concealer and perhaps some eyeliner. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/03/20 05:22 PM
Q4W: Are you accepting of men artificially enhancing their looks?I think women are vain for doing those things too. What I can say is that more men should try make up if they want to improve their look without invasive surgery. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/03/20 02:50 PM
Despite each of our issues, how many of you are willing to admit that you would HATE to be the opposite gender?I love being a woman but it would be nice to be a man and not be seen as a walking set of sexual characteristics. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/03/20 02:48 PM
Men and women SHOULD hate each other.Ikr? I’m so glad the men in my life aren’t like this - or for that matter, the women either. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/03/20 10:53 PM
Men and women SHOULD hate each other. It is pretty entertaining tbf. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/03/20 10:45 PM
Men and women SHOULD hate each other.Sure you do, buddy. Sure you do. You're also assuming a lot about the way I see men. I'm a lesbian. I don't need men for anything except for companionship and general human interaction. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/03/20 10:26 PM
Men and women SHOULD hate each other.Wow, good luck out there, not seeing women as humans. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/03/20 10:21 PM
Men and women SHOULD hate each other.Maybe YOU want most women for sex. But don’t assume the rest of the men feel that way. And also don’t assume that’s an inherent fact about men, rather than something that’s programmed in by our culture. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/03/20 08:59 PM
Women who are into "masculine" vs "feminine" features in menThere are plenty of people who are attracted to androgyny. It may be more common in some subcultures (alternative/goth or some others) and it may not be the norm for women to be attracted to androgyny, but tbf there aren’t that many androgynous guys out there. Most look at least somewhat masculine. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/03/20 02:08 PM
Do you think feminism is destroying relationships?“To feminists all men are abusers, demons who rape women” Straw man. Men do commit over 95% of violent crime and over 98% of rapes. But saying “men commit most rapes” is NOT the same thing as saying “most men are rapists”. On women’s day just I saw women raising up other women who they admired. I’m sorry your experience was different. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 10/03/20 04:57 PM
Do women actually want sex as much as men?Women may want sex as much as men, but women carry far more risk in each sexual encounter that involves a man. Risk of pregnancy Risk of being murdered / assaulted Possibility of being seen as a slut Possibility of the man focusing on his own pleasure as many do, leaving her with a pointless and orgasm-less experience Women are raised from childhood to be careful around men, and are raised to think of sex as something that they give and men receive. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 16/03/19 05:18 AM
Why do so many women not want kids?I'm sure it's fulfilling, but having multiple children often causes women to feel they need to leave the workforce and care for children full-time (since women are the ones expected to do so), whereas men can carry on with their lives as usual. Having very little help with the children and giving up a career can be disheartening for women. I'd be curious to compare these stats with lesbian couples with children, who tend to be more egalitarian. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 12/12/18 06:59 PM
Why do so many women not want kids? Here ya go. Took me a while to dig it up, but it was a study by Kohler. https://penntoday.upenn.edu/2006-02-23/research/one-baby-or-two-study-looks-effect-having-second-child | /r/PurplePillDebate | 12/12/18 03:52 PM
Why do so many women not want kids? It's been shown that having children increases men's quality of life, while each child (at least after the first) decreases women's quality of life. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 12/12/18 07:35 AM
Women, can you even imagine what the dating for an ugly man would be?A+ edgelord. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 04/10/18 01:05 AM
Women, can you even imagine what the dating for an ugly man would be?Best comment. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 04/10/18 01:04 AM
Sex dolls certainly aren't for me, but I see how for a lot of men they have a good bit of appeal. Women are just scared that it means that men won't be as aggressive in approaching them. They are also scared that women would have to try hard in the sexual marketplace themselves.Being critical of sex dolls does not equal fear. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/09/18 03:28 AM
Men and women of PPD: do you ever experience a "freeze" from younger (20-34) year old women?I agree about the shyness thing. I think it's been shown that women get more confident and less self-conscious as they age. (I hope that happens to me, lol) | /r/PurplePillDebate | 03/09/18 08:20 AM
Men and women of PPD: do you ever experience a "freeze" from younger (20-34) year old women?I think there's a bit of baggage that comes with the whole door-holding thing when it's a guy opening it for a girl. When a girl opens a door for me I generally say "Thank you!" but if a guy opens a door (unless it's someone I know well) I generally opt for a short "Thanks." while nodding and keeping minimal eye contact. It's a balance. I don't want to come off as rude, but I also don't want to give a guy any ideas. It's hard to know if he'll take it as encouragement to hit on me. I'd say if you… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 03/09/18 08:18 AM
Q4Women: Would you have a harem too?As a lesbian, I don't think so. In theory, trying out sex with a bunch of hot women (one at a time) would be interesting, but not interesting enough to really want that. I want to be with one woman my whole life. As a lot of other people have said, it seems hard enough to balance and maintain a relationship with ONE person, let alone more than one! Who has time for that? That's why I don't understand people in poly relationships - it all seems way too complicated and exhausting for me. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 29/07/18 04:12 PM
Negging, let's unpack it.Well that last one would be a neg if it was used as an opening line or by someone you didn't know that well. As it is, it's just a friendly ribbing. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 02/03/18 01:02 AM
Negging, let's unpack it.I guess I've always understood negging to be about trying to lower someone's confidence so that they have to work to gain your approval, which supposedly makes them more interested in you. I don't think its just playful banter, but backhanded or conditional compliments. Like: "Girl, you are the second hottest chick I've seen here tonight." "You're cute for a fat girl." "I wasn't expecting someone as hot as you to be smart." "Wow, that dress makes your boobs look much bigger than they are!" Basic… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/03/18 11:17 PM
If being a male feminism is not a sexual strategy, why are gay male feminists almost unheard of?The gay male dude I know is VERY feminist. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 13/10/17 04:13 AM
