Interestingly enough that's actually true for both genders. The human brain doesn't finish connecting all the synapses until after 20 and as late as 29 depending on the individual. That's why young people tend to be more impulsive etc. Until you hit your 30's you're better off dating within one or two years of your age. After 30 it's a more even playing field.
She's just as much a pedobear as any dude doing the same thing. Anyone who thinks different is just deluding themselves. There are no separate standards when it comes to protecting and nurturing the next generation instead of using and exploiting them. Also, she's the reason society is so messed up. Every generation is getting treated more and more like things to be used instead of young people to be protected and educated. The damage is cumulative and generational.
Earrings seem like a bad idea in any combat related field. Men however should be allowed the same uniform restrictions as long as the look is professional. Tinted sunscreen and nude colored polish for example.
