I blame social media too! I hate seeing “motivational” reels/tiktoks from these women that portray themselves as victims with stupid captions, trying to get sympathy from other women in the internet. Also the reason why i hate self-help materials. They go thru shit like this unchecked, in the end they think they did nothing wrong. I hate it.
