No it literally isn’t. You claimed that the article was saying it’s bad that single women earn more than single men. The article made no such claim. You claimed that having to choose between a career and a family is why is referred to as the “motherhood penalty.” It isn’t. I don’t care about downvotes if the people on this sub are that averse to the truth.

That’s not what the article is saying at all. OP just straight up lied. The “motherhood penalty” is referring to the financial hit women take after having kids. The article does not in any way try to spin it to seem that single women earning more than single men is bad. That is a blatant lie from OP.
