Then it does seem there has to be a change in attitudes and culture as well. Hopefully such a change can take place before it's too late.

There has to be something the government can do to stop this. They should give tax reductions per child to people with good genes.

I used to drink a lot of soda and eat tons of candy. This last month I stopped and I feel like I have more energy and I'm much more productive. I also try to avoid large amounts of carbs for lunch when at work (like white rice) since I otherwise get this post lunch daze that lowers ny productivity.
