I'm trying to get back to a healthier weight now after recovering from a major health issue. Thanks for the concern over my Karen Carpenter like physique, though.

I'm surprised I have been criticized for my weight on here more than my height.

I developed a serious/life altering illness without going into detail. I was bed ridden for awhile. I'm just starting to feel normal again. If you're asking for more substance in my OYS - all I did was focus on healing and overcoming this bullshit. I'll have a better post next week, buddy. :)

It was more so trying to lower the pedestal I put women on. I have a history of living and dying by their moods. I tend to value her over myself and I want to feel like equals if not the captain.

Yes, I acknowledge it's 100% my fault and it just drives home the idea that I need to be stronger and more competent. I wasn't even a drunk Captain most of the time, more like drunk Gilligan.

"In all proper relationships there is no sacrifice of anyone to anyone... Men exchange their work by free, mutual consent to mutual advantage when their personal interests agree and they both desire the exchange. If they do not desire it, they are not forced to deal with each other. They seek further. This is the only possible form of relationship between equals. Anything else is a relation of slave to master, or victim to executioner." - Howard Rourke I appreciate this. Thanks again for the rec…

I'll add that to the list. I was actually just reading some scholarly articles about female psychology and notes that Jung had on women. "With women the inner pressure must be raised with some pumped-in carbonic acid, but it is advisable for a man to fix a spigot on the barrel so that he does not leak away completely." -- Letters (October 3, 1942) Carl Jung

Thanks for the recommendation. I do see value in Ayn Rand's objectivist philosophy and appreciate her love for free market capitalism but haven't read any of her novels. I'll definitely check out the Fountainhead.

I'm sure it hasn't tingled for me in a minute, and if it has I've ruined it with unattractive bullshit. and yeah I've read a lot over the past few weeks but still working on really absorbing it all. Change is slow, especially if you are impatient and and resentful.

What do you suggest? What's a practical thing I could do right now that might just make her vag tingle?

I did hold back, I was going to write more about my anger and resentment but I didn't really see the point in complaining. I also know I'm displacing the blame on her for being a frigid cunt.

HOW BEING A CHUMP HAS IMPACTED OUR RELATIONSHIP: • We haven't had sex in a very long time and I gave up trying. She apologized for the lack of sex one time and she told me she just hadn't felt sexual for awhile and thought she might have some hormone imbalance. I sympathized and excused it (I know I'm gullible) and I stupidly believed her until I accidentally stumbled across a vibrator that she had charging. (No, I have not confronted her about this. My ego is severely bruised.) I know now that …

OYS #1 5'5" - 145 lbs / 34 / 10 year LTR that is falling apart. No kids. / Skinny-fat twerp, used to be into heavy lifting in my early to mid twenties. I used to enjoy testing heavy singles and doubles. At my heaviest I was nearly 200 lbs and probably 20%. You can tell I haven't even thought about stepping foot in a gym in almost a decade. I'm currently taking weight gainer and doing GOMAD. I've been adding olive oil to foods and eating lots of peanut butter for extra calories. I don't mind dirt…
