There are no Polish or Hungarian cities I know of with a murder rate higher than NYC. Then there is also the almost complete absence of toxic feminism and terrorist attacks in both of these countries. It is definitely more progressive and with better living and studying standards than India and just because they didn't take in 800,000 economic migrants like the UK doesn't make them racist. Having said that, the UK is probably a better place for an Indian to study abroad as there are already a good amount of Indians there.
