For me its mixed. I dont look good, maybe a 4/10 on good days. But overall its not worth the money, time and energy to chase women. Sex i can get in a brothel (its legal here) but even for that i'm too lazy. Paying 80eu for a little fun, doing it myself or a fleshlight feels better. 33 here Earning good money and live in a small town in germany. dont have a car cause i dont need it or other fancy stuff i dont care about. like my coworkers all have BMW or other expensive cars just to impress some pussy. Just me, my cats, every 2 days a work out, swimming and a fuck ton of videogames/movies/tv shows. I'm dropping fat since end of march. Lost 36kg (79lbs) with: healthy eating fasting when i work at night, eating in the evening and the next time at 2pm Gym, at first i went 3 times a week only for 45min each time. now i can do 2h without problems 4 times a week. Having a mini bike trainer helps a very little too. burning 200 calories with it while playing ps4 Building muscles helps too, got a lot stronger and have more stamina But i'm still at 104kg (229lbs)

I never had a realationship cause i always get dumped before that. whenever i have a crush on a woman it is really bad, so far that i get suicidal thoughts.
