1	How do I get out of rock bottom? If you haven’t done so I would read everything you can possibly find about habits. There are some really good books. I like audiobooks because I can listen to them when I’m doing other things but I would just procrastinate if I tried to read real books. Trying to attack everything at once just makes me want to procrastinate.
