4	Equality is a concept that's not owned by feminism so don't push your label on me! Equality to me is looking at the individual person and not their gender. For example, a female may be a successful business person that is very knowledgeable and has proven that she can be aggressive and be a great negotiator when she is called to do so. You may also have a male that may not be as aggressive or be a terrible negotiator.
