I think it's easier to find for a woman but yeah I don't think a preference is right or wrong based on how likely it is to happen, at least not in principle. That being said, also nothing wrong in questioning what's right for the rest of my life so I live happily and am down to earth so I am not delusional. Sure some people will always judge but I'd hope some people here did give a few good advices maybe. Thanks again

I see, kinda felt invisible online but I'll try to keep an open mind thanks

Yeah I think it's true, but they are often just like me probably homebodies so I wonder how does one find them.

Given my morals, values and look of life I will never go and visit a hooker but maybe you are right. I don't know everything

I think there is definitely some level of hypocricy going on and also rudeness because 'how dare I ask for it' but tbh the needle in a haystack analogy isn't entirely wrong. It's true that it's tougher to find than usual and can make dating even more challenging so I don't really mind people telling truths, even harsh ones. I think we both probably dislike how judgmental some people could be about this issue, which is where we would probably agree. I don't mind anyone telling me everything reall…

Yeah I see what you mean, some truth to it most definitely. To be fair I never asked for anything I don't look for in myself but I do agree I live in reality and perhaps need to adapt so you are right there even if it's really uneasy to do. I never said that dating a virgin, she won't look at other guys or so, or that for a non-virgin she must look away it's not what I said at all. I appreciate you writing all of this tho, always good to see another view

Didn't say I 'must' be her last, only that it's only natural for people to aspire for that. Honestly you can't be sure, all I know is I can do my best and be a loyal person. Only so much you can do I suppose. I do hope I find someone looking to be with me forever but y I guess it's beyond my control true

oh wow that was very detailed you clearly took the effort so thanks. I mean to be honest you didn't quite disprove it but I do hear what you say by it not being absolute and how there are many other factors at play so why focus on this one. I wouldn't say it's a mere 'slight statistical difference' but you do make valid points. More food for thought I guess thanks again!

Yeah I guess you are right. I wouldn't say there is something wrong with her necessarily but as for the rest I think it's really solid advice so thanks man, appreciate it

Kinda ironic as I don't believe in god lol but yeah got your point thanks

Thanks for the kind response. I too look for a non-drinker non-smoker like me but I get it's more complicated than that so some compromises I may want to consider especially with other more important qualities being present but yeah makes sense.

I hear you, but to make sense in this, saying you are right. How would you explain or reframe the higher likelihood of divorce, cheating, lack of satisfaction and other metrics. On my mind it was always connected so it makes perfect sense but perhaps I am wrong. For the case I am wrong, what would be your explanation for why things like this are the way they are? I mean, if it's not for a ceiling of love or a bond that drops what would be a way that makes sense of everything in a different way? …

Ironically did it earlier today too, but actually a really good point. I guess it's a microcosmos of what we maybe see at large in a way too. Thanks once again :)

Actually really good points, it's an interesting different perspective I'll try to think of that, thanks!

Yeah may wanna do some changes I suppose. My 'very stupid I know' solution to this was I'll block myself from allowing myself to get in love or develop feelings until I know more but yeah I know it's a bit more complicated. My reasoning was I don't want to be with a woman knowing this would bother me and try to hide it or lie about it, I don't want to mislead anyone so that was where I was coming from. Once again valid points

I'd hope I am more open minded than that but who knows. Also yeah you may be right about the 26 part. Sucks as I never thought of it enough until it's too late but well... I guess it is what it is. Out of curiosity what would be the maximum age for that, I wonder about how you view this. Thanks for the time to comment btw appreciate it :)

I mean I think love is bigger than everything else mentioned, be it Pizza, vacations or whatever but you do make a great point there. I think you made a wrong assumption here. True I am a feeler but also quite the calculated type clearly, and yes I do care about statistics but I do not use it as an excuse to prevent myself from dating. On the contrary, I want nothing more than to be able to put myself out there and be in the mood for it and telling myself none of the stuff I heard etc matter, bu…

I wrote a whole paragraph and accidently pressed cancel lmao. That was beautifully written, poetry in a way. You should definitely consider it a career if you haven't already. I don't see it that way but I can try to look through that lens, although if I am honest I think it's easier for women to do in this case. Using your analogy I am afraid of the comeback of the previous pages and chapters as well as many women's commitment. I think that statistics will suggest my fear is justified and real …

Didn't know that actually, thanks for the advice! Honestly I still think dating a religious problem would be problematic as most here would not want me whatsoever (also to be frank I am not a huge fan of religion to say the least) so it's a very unique position to be in. Hope it works out thanks once again :)

Hey thanks for the answer. I mean you could be right not saying you are wrong here. I think men and women look for different things tho. Like to you a man with previous experiences was never an issue to begin with, but for many (clearly not all) men it's different, unfortunately myself included. You definitely can be right about the opportunities tho

For a master of memeology that was actually really solid advice. You could be right too and also thanks for not judging me, it means a lot. I still struggle with the concept of feeling of a 2nd love being of a lower ceiling or magnitude compared to the first one tho. Sadly I am too aware. All the knowledge about how divorce, cheating, being unsatisfied and so on is more likely, my whole common sense and experiences of life, the idea of being 'yet another one', not special or loved, or maybe love…

Thanks, definitely a lot of food for thought, in fact it's a whole meal hehe. I'll think it through thanks! on my mind it's mostly statistics. Like in theory a women could have had many partners prior and be an amazing lover or have no prior partners at all and make me miserable, I just think of what is likely and it's a tough world to navigate in, especially these days. I hope I figure it one day, and before it's too late.

Actually thought of that, maybe it's a sign lol. Which volunteering would you suggest. I'd love to do good and meet women where maybe we both find what we look for. I think where I live most volunteering practices are mostly men or take an incredible amount of prior experience for life saving fields so I am clueless there too. Good idea tho!

These are all valid points. I actually agree with any single thing you said, even if sadly it doesn't make my life any 'prettier' for that matter. Seems like I have to take some very important decisions and soon, hope I am able to do that, it's a scary world. Thanks for your very thoughtful and non-judgmental comment, highly highly appreciate it.

I see, that's a very interesting view actually, many truths to it too. Not sure which part precisely is the 'too much' part but I think I get what you mean to an extent. Thing is most women I know don't really care about the 'being first thing', if any it's "I wish I can be the last', in which case the story analogy you talk about makes perfect sense, as everything shaped you to be the person you are, and potentially your partner to be who he is. As a man I'd like to be someone's last too but mo…

Oh first of all thanks for the response, highly appreciate it. I suppose talking of waiting for marriage is probably a better way of communicating if that is what I am willing to do, so although not many secular women are like that anymore (or anyone I know) I guess you've got a really good point there. I never said that a woman who had sex will be judgmental by default or have the skill of a pornstar. The sexual experience is unique I'd agree, but here is where I struggle: How are you sure it's…

Yeah I believe you are right, I just fall on the continuance of that scale I suppose. Hope I can adapt or find what I want cause I am still clueless tbh. I feel as though I may end up miserable for forcing myself not to care about it as I do but also if I do nothing to adapt so you will probably judge me for saying it, but in our current world I kinda feel like it's a lost game for me. It's basically luck which I hate because I'd like to have the bare minimum of sense of control over my own life…

Thanks man, back at ya as they say, I'd hope I can do that mind transformation cause I'll admit I thought of that but it's not so easy, or as a matter of fact, probably my life long test. Knowing the constant feeling of me putting more effort and love out there and the existence of a gap in what I find the most important potentially meaning I won't be love 100% but like 80% as I wrote is what scares me deeply.

Oh never ever thought nor said a woman is something I can order. Also I agree, I just doubt about what communities other than religious practices are out there, especially for secular people where I could find someone with similar views or like minded as you say it. Also didn't quite say I am ready, I am doing my best to work on my financials and mind so that I am is what I said.

I see where you come from. I think it's the same for men, eventually you have to decide based on what you feel, it isn't an exact science. Don't know what I said specifically that made you roll your eyes. To your questions, a women is way more than a 'fuck hole' that can't compare someone to someone else, that sounds disgusting to me honestly. I care way more about feelings, love and shared interest, it's only that I care about the aspect I mentioned too, doesn't mean I don't see her or care or …

I see, thought so but even then I am not religious, so there the gap that scares me isn't this one, but the religious one. Nonetheless I probably agree I guess.
