1	Divorce Mediation Ok. May be different in your state, but my mediation had mine and my exe's lawyer present. And our lawyers communicated with the mediator. My lawyer was able to secure me my house and equity, furniture and my main vehicle. My ex got all the unsecured debt, their main vehicle, provided that the payments were kept up, and any property they owned before the marriage.
