Knowing them and saying hi as you come in will make it easier to approach others when the time is right. As for me, I occasionally ask people for help when I need it, will comment on a workout shirt I think is cool or funny (example: some guys Glock sweatshirt, "hey nice sweatshirt - I'm a Glock man myself"). | 3 | Dealing with emotions?Journaling and the gym have been big helps for me. I can relate to the issues that you're having, and I largely had to raise myself too. A journal is a great way to let out those emotions and also provides a progress tracker that allows you to monitor your moods over time.
