3	Stop using Tinder. I keep it a split, I have slept with many women off tinder/bumble (40+) yet I also have no problem talking to them at a bar. If anything its probably helped me better with 1 on 1 social interactions. Also I only use dating apps to get a number and meet within 1-5 days. After that their interest is usually lost.
