The "Daily Connoisseur" YT channel mentioned that within the next couple weeks she would do a video on elegant Autumn Winter sleep/lounge wear.

I also recommend seeing a pelvic floor therapist. They can show you how to isolate the specific muscle group to exercise and strengthen that area. You don't want to just tighten every muscle down there all at once, or end up strengthening the wrong muscles, or weaken the "right" ones. I wish the healthcare system was set up so all post partum mothers could see pelvic floor therapists, they were so helpful with issues I had after baby #2!

You didn't betray your Ex, because he is an Ex and now you owe nothing to him. But whether or not you "should feel guilty" for over-stepping your own morals is a question you need to answer for yourself.

You sent nudes to some random guy who stated that he wouldn't flirt or sext back. It sounds like you're still hurting from your relationship, and might not be ready for another LTR yet. If you do decide to get back with your ex I would be completely honest. One question I have is, was Bumble-mans profile anonymous too? His actions seem kind of cat-fishy to me, like while I was reading your post I thought you were going to reveal that your ex was actually the Bumble-man

My kids are just a little bit older than yours, with the same age gap. It's really hard. I just try to remind myself that the children's wellbeing, my mental health, and my relationship with my husband have to take priority. Which means that sometimes the house won't be as clean as it use to be, or we'll have easy breakfast foods for dinner, or I'll the kids for a nature walk instead of sticking them in the stroller so I can jog. Life is different now, and I'm so grateful that my husband support…

He doesn't want to be in a relationship with you. His words, actions, expressions, and lack of chemistry make his indifference blatantly obvious. Proof that he's just not interested: instead of making every effort to return the gift to you in person... he offered to mail it. You can't force someone to fall in love with you. And your desperation isn't going to convince him otherwise. So save your energy for a man who actually wants you.

My experience has been different, why do you feel nurses are a turn off?

I agree with you. Socially, men are expected to always be a strong provider and they arent "allowed" to be weak. However, it is socially acceptable to have a "man cold": Being ill allows a man to rest without being judged. When my husband is has the "man cold" I totally play into it. He works hard to provide for the family, and caring for him gives me another opportunity to demonstrate my respect and appreciation for him.

A good skin care routine can make you appear healthier/radiant/confident etc... there's lots of good info on the Skin Care Addiction subreddit. I also agree with the other comment, smile.

I really like the "summer knit dresses" from L.L. Bean! They do free shipping to Canada with a $50 purchase (and do a 20-25% off sale every 3-4 weeks). I'm 5'8 and they hit just below my knee. They have a couple floral-ish prints, unfortunately nothing too bright if that's what you're looking for though.

One of my favorite bloggers/youtubers has a saying of "Look presentable, always". I started following this mantra shortly after getting out of a PPD slump, and it's done wonders on my self esteem. When I look good on the outside, I feel great on the inside!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
