1	Eye contact help, too comfortable You can use the 80/60 rule. When you are talking, make eye contact about 80% of the time. When they are talking it is 60%. If you want to build sexual tension, you never break the eye contact first. Also when you actually have a deep conversation it is unnatural to hold 60% eye contact.
