The fact that she molested her sister and there's no uproar is an issue. It's not as much of a men's rights issue as it is an issue with her not being called out for sexual assault. Bringing Milo into it helps nothing; he's a total psychopath/troll and shouldn't be defended under the guise of Men's Rights or any other platform.

When there is a forest fire the best way to stop it from spreading is to completely clear a swath of land and dig a trench so that once the fire reaches that point it can not spread any further. Start digging.

It clearly states in the article that she had texted 2-3 minutes prior to the accident. They could not prove that she was texting at the time of the accident; therefore when considering her punishment the texting does not factor in at all. She still gets due process under the law like anyone would. If they can't prove she was texting at the time of the accident then in the eyes of the law she was not texting.

Yeah apparently everyone here is assuming that being at fault in a traffic accident that results in a fatality = manslaughter charges. Nothing could be further from the truth. Lots of pitchforks in these comments; not much common sense.

If you are involved in a traffic accident that results in death; even if you are found to be at fault, it's not manslaughter. It's just not. This is a shitty thing that happened but people are killed everyday in motor vehicle accidents.

It is negligence.. Not criminal negligence though.. They have nothing on her more than being the driver at fault in an unfortunate accident.

That's a brilliant observation.

So if he pays you back, would you be more than happy to give the ring back? Well, at this point because of the fact that he really tried to turn my life upside-down again. You have to understand that when you're in love with the person, and you're doing everything to make something work, you don't realize until one day you wake up and you say, "Wait a minute, this isn't right. This is not what love is about. This guy is using me."

TL/DR: He owes me back rent so I'm keeping the ring. So if he pays you back, would you be more than happy to give the ring back? No.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
