He's jealous you have ambition and a gf, so he's trying to bring you down in an effort to elevate himself. Having history with someone isn't a good reason to let them drag you down. Crabs in a pot. Relationships come and go. If you are growing, sometimes you will outgrow people, and that's ok. Maybe down the road he will have a growth mindset and meet you where you are. Until then you need better friends.

Set boundaries. If she breaks them, downgrade her. Don't mate guard like a faggot.

Probably don't say this at work unless you want a trip to HR for sexual harassment training. Remember, women pick up on body language way more than men do. Do you sit/stand in an effeminate way? do some research on masculine body language. When you walk, put your shoulders back, chest out, head up, and walk with a sense of purpose.

No marriage can last where the husband follows his wife around like a lost puppy. Trust me, I was that guy, before she started banging Chad. Everyone else thought we had the "perfect marriage" because we never fought, and were always affectionate. But the fact that I was in her frame made her take responsibility, and women are never happy in that role.

Sounds like a guy who is firmly in his wife’s frame. He doesn’t have direction in life other than his wife. And sooner or later his wife will be repulsed by his neediness.

Shaving her asshole. That’s when you know you’ve found the one.

You don't have to "give up" on him. You can tell him all about TRP til you are blue in the face, and he might even agree with you, but until he's in a place where he thirst for the information, you are wasting you breath. Be there for him as a brother, but the best thing you can do is live your best life and SHOW him the path through your actions. When he's ready to put in the effort, he'll know who to turn to.

Exactly. The only thing you have to lose is trust in yourself if you don't follow through and do it now.

Confidence equates to trust in yourself. You can read all the books and theory you want, but at the end of the day, if you don’t get up and practice what you read, and do the things you know you should do, you will never trust yourself to follow through. It has a compounding effect and you will spiral down. Just start with doing small things that move you in the right direction each day.

I know this post is about women, but the first part of the post is valuable as well. I've tried to show several friends TRP, good books etc. and none of them got it, or cared enough to dig into it. I just have to continue to improve, handle my shit, and when my friends inevitably crash and burn using BP methods, they will seek out "that one thing I was talking about before" that led to my success.

I needed to read this. It's easy for guys to get lost and focus on women. The whole point of TRP is to focus on yourself. Women are a byproduct of doing what you want to do in life and handling your shit. Thank you for this post.

You're right. I tried to, but this is a new account, so I'm not allowed to make posts yet. Any idea how much karma you need in order to post?

So going forward, I'll still be friendly so as not to seem butt hurt, but cut out the small talk. She knows now that I'm only interested in something casual, so if/when she wants that, I'll oblige. Otherwise, there are plenty of other women.

Tips on my interaction There is an HB8 at the gym who I’ve met about 4 months ago. Every time I see her, we wave, and usually engage in small talk. Decided I’d ask her to a drink, and see where things go. She tells me she is done with her workout, and I ask her what she’s doing for the remainder of the night (Friday). She says folding laundry and watching tv. I say “Well that sounds boring. What sounds less boring is if we went out for a drink instead.” She says “sure that sounds good”. I hand h…
