1	Seriously what are you waiting for? Get in the gym. Now. I got really bad tendinitis in my forearms a few months after I started lifting. Reason for it was my lifting partner was a curlbro and had me do a ton of curls and shit. Cut those out except for a drop set at the end of my work out and focused on the big lifts. Deadlifting (picking a barbell loaded with weight off the ground to your waist) 225 pounds is considered pretty light. 315 is decent. 405 is pretty good.
