| 4 | Female applicants to be given preference for firefighting jobs: "preference in selection will be given to female applicants assessed as suitable" Male teacher applicants in elementary education are expected to remain silent.Actually male elementary teacher applicants are few and far between. From my experience male elementary teachers get hired quicker because they are sought after as a role model and provide support in areas that have been more comfortably in the male domain...
