2	The reason why women hate men that chase them It's weird because I know women in my life who I always initiate but I am never perceived as desperate. Like I'll make plans with this one girl every month or so who I am semi-interested in and she will always reciprocate, even saying no to other plans to meet with me. I guess the emphasis is on the not being desperation aspect. I am always texting or asking them out first, but it is always reciprocated.
