Another quick note: when you play with him, remove your adult hangups and just change your mindset to "I'm a little kid now". Change it to "I'm living in the moment, nobody is judging me, it's just me and my kid and nothing can take this away from me".

You most likely didn't have a strong father growing up, same as me. My father was a ship captain and he was on the water 9-11 months every year. I recommend watching Bluey and similar shows which show you how fathers should interact with children. I was in your shoes too. I have a 3 and 5 year old right now (girl / boy respectively) and once you dedicate yourself to them it's much easier. You're doing what I used to do in the past. You think of it as a chore. Well, it's not. Make it fun! We buil…

This is shit advice. Marriage counselors (VAST majority) are women or feminized men. Waste of time and money. Unless you're one of the incredibly rare few that find a red pilled marriage counselor. Though I'm not holding my breath.

Work on yourself. Follow the side bar. Read. Read. Read some more. Build your frame and pull her in yours. If her behavior doesn't change with yours, end it, and end it fast. I just hope you have a prenup or that's gonna suck. I learned the hard way during my previous 11 year marriage. Stop blaming your problems on her. You're supposed to be the leader in your relationship. She's supposed to be your first mate, not the captain. Read, and your questions will be answered. This isn't a sprint, it's…

Ah, a classic, almost forgot this one existed. This is a good addition for anyone fresh to MRP, along with SGM. I've done the vast majority of those there but I'll add in the couple I haven't done. Like the shirt gag. Or using ripped panties as gag (I did do the ripping just not the gag use). Or first two in #4, last one in #5. Cheers!

Similar idea, it's a circuit board assembly plant. Starting with new is a mistake, depreciation is huge and you can find machines that operate just fine at many auctions! And if you are well versed in basic maintenance and have an idea how electronics and mechanics work, you shouldn't have issues that are unsolvable.

Johney, can you elaborate on getting investors on-board? I have company currently that I'm working on shutting down (cashing out) and I'm trying to open something else. This current company I've built from scratch in 2013 with used equipment off eBay worth $5K and now it does sales in lower to mid 7 digits and has over $0.5M worth of automation equipment. I'm sure it could have been in a much better place now if I had the extra investor funds closer to the start (or not done some of the mistakes…

Absolutely. Read all three. But don't skip around, read them in order, then read them again. I highly recommend them, I wish I had this material when I was your age. I also recommend No More Mister Nice Guy, When I Say No I Feel Guilty, The Way Of The Superior Man, The Art of Seduction and The 48 Laws of Power. These should be mandatory reading for everyone before they turn 20. Reading these in my 30s was (and is) also extremely helpful and still changed my life for the better. While I can't go …

You probably don't lift. You probably don't have an iota of frame You probably haven't read the sidebar You probably... Fuck it, you get the point.

I can confirm this is true for myself as well. Though it's only been about 6 months for me. Haven't seen any big changes in testosterone (I test every 3 months). Lifting hasn't been affected. Energy is the same. Not using condoms, huge bonus 🤣.

Finding someone to talk to isn't hard. Find yourself a man club. There are plenty out there. Download Meetup app and find people to socialize with around you. Or start a group there with a fun theme or one for other single dads. Hell, join a singles club. Go to your local sports center and find a team for whatever sport you want... I think you get the point.

Tris is very true. In my early MRP days, I took the initiative to refinance the home without her being involved in the process (except some signatures off course) and after the whole thing was done, she did something she never done before - she actually thanked me (in more than one way 😉) for taking the initiative to handle the whole thing by myself.

I don't see it this way, he's the one with the fucked up frame, why find another one instead of fixing his frame? So the same thing can happen again? Fix the frame first, and if it still doesn't work, yeah, move on, but at least your frame is good when you start over fresh. Also I think the fact that the political beliefs no longer are existent is irrelevant.

Actions have consequences. Never do anything you aren't ready to own up to. If losing your kids is something that causes you to want to "suck on a gun" maybe you should have thought about that before doing shit. If you do think about it before, and you decide that you are ok with losing custody of your kids, then by all means, do whatever the fuck makes YOU happy. It's called outcome independence. Just be ready to own up to it. If you read the sidebar you would have probably known all this. On t…

Close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths from your diaphragm. Now imagine your marriage is over. Internalize it. Accept that you will be better off if it ended rather than deal with the bullshit. Achieve outcome independence. Whatever happens put yourself first. You live for you, not her. Now open your eyes. Get your balls back from her purse. Stop DEERing. Use AM. Lots of it. STFU when necessary. If you have to, walk away without question, fear or regret. Get back in your frame then pull her in…

I will elaborate soon in a OYS post but basically something involving both my mom and wife ganging up on me. I passed by holding frame like a fucking mountain. My understanding is that most guys see this kind of test at some point, just as you thought you passed all your shit tests, there's like a "final exam", or "final boss". I think this one was mine.

Yeah after two I've had enough, I thought since 1 was manageable, two shouldn't be much harder and boy was I wrong. Then after going MRP and doing a lot of reading I understood the importance of being in control of conception (i.e. never trust a woman with your semen - flush condoms down the toilet) - so I said fuck it and went for it after doing a lot of research on side effects to make sure I don't get any problems with hormone imbalances, i.e. testosterone.

Snipping. The guy that did he was very experienced, made a tiny round incision 1/2" below my shaft's base, around 2-3mm diameter and took care if everything through there. It's local anesthesia so you are awake through it, however there's no pain at all during the procedure. They have you take a couple pills one hour before and do a Novocain shot. This pinches a bit. After he was done he told me to hold this bandage over it for 5 minutes. Bleeding stopped, he put a smaller bandage and then you p…

The point of keto is to achieve ketosis where body exhausts reserves of glucose and starts burning fats instead, reducing your body fat. Off course if you eat like a pig you won't lose weight as CICO does apply to anything you eat. On the other hand, if you don't eat enough you will see side effects like OP is seeing. You must have a good balance, and this applies to everything in life. Tech out.

Keto works. It's not a fad. Dropped 50+ lbs (from 220 to 168 now) with keto from July 6th. Been lifting from start of August. I have very few setbacks. You simply aren't eating enough as far as I can tell, I was like that in the begining. Don't starve yourself. Also get off the tomatoes those have too many carbs. Good luck. Tech out.

As Athol Kay said (he was a hardcore religious person that is now an atheist) in book How To Answer "Do these pants make my ass look fat" (which you should read if you haven't already, right after the primer): "Actually one of the most difficult aspects of Christianity to me was the ideals of no sex before marriage et al. Honestly I really hated it and figured it made minimal sense for the modern age. In the historical context of no birth control it certainly made more sense, but not really for …

Thanks for your honest feedback. I'm not associated at all with this person, and I don't care if you believe me. I'm surprised that you don't know this YouTuber as he has the only narrated version of the Book of Pook (found in a comment somewhere from an older post in r/AskMRP).
