I wouldn't say it's a rule but I agree. Maybe because I'm such a man. I care only about what I can change and ignore what I can't control and it's so rooted in my brain, I don't even have to keep that in mind, it's just automatic. Often I see my girlfriend to be bothered about things out of her control and it sucks for her. Don't care what other think, focus to be best version of yourself.
