| 1 | Building ConfidenceSo I had never heard of Jay Shetty before reading this post but the “Think Like a Monk” title interested me and appealed to me so I ordered the book. I only made it a couple of chapters in before. I realized it was a total sham. It is a bunch of inconsistent dribble that is not insightful in the least.
