Is she taking the lead when you do plan things out? Otherwise, no

Figure out what kind of life gives you meaning and work wholeheartedly towards that. To really achieve that you will need to discard all expectations placed on you by family, peers and society.

You know how this looks and I’m certain she knew it too at the moment of posting that on instagram. Question is, will you fight over someone who does not appreciate having you in their life or actually take action and pull off the bandaid?

What he means is you can’t help but feel paranoid this early on and that is never a good start or a start at all. Regardless on how it well that relationship goes it will slowly degrade your mind. You have valid reasons to worry while you shouldn’t this early on. Hence the fact she is only good as a fwb at best and you should never had to worry for them to begin with. They should be the one worried to qualify for an LTR. Also get off your high horse, you ask if her major red flag is worrisome wh…

This is a reminder that being female doesn’t mean incapable of being a decent partner. Anyone who holds that view needs to get out and meet people. What you will find is that the vast majority of people (irrespective of gender) are not worth your trust. AWALT is the dating equivalent to the gun safety rule: “All guns are always loaded” It does NOT mean it literally! It is an assumption, not a law imparted by almighty head in the sky. Unloaded guns exist as do quality women but to marry/pull the …

Academic study won’t get you as far as learning a skill. 80% of everything you have done at school will only apply to 20% of anything you do for a living.

The manager clearly got her back not yours as he covers for her and doesn’t back up your authority. What he is really expecting of you is to improve Alice’s performance in a way that she would want to. Even if this is possible, the odds are abysmal. Do you think this is even worth your time & effort? Find a job who appreciates you over a loser. The lesson here is you need to vet potential workplaces during interviews to avoid this. It’s either you change the culture or the culture changes you an…

Sounds like you are trying to reason yourself into believing you want to stay. The facts you have laid out above make it clear that deep down you know what to do but the uncertainty and changes from it all is holding you back. Take off the band-aid

Cut yourself some slack here. These last months screwed over everyone mentally and physically. It is ok to not be on top of your game. It is not ok to stale in there. Just distance yourself a bit if you need some times to get it all back together. Don’t force yourself for her. Also get in contact with other people ASAP. If she holds monopoly over your social interactions there is going to be a big shift in power. Humans crave that Oxytocin.

There is no right or wrong choice. Listen to the advice given, grasp it to the best of your abilities but never blindly trust anyone’s word. You alone will face all of the hardships of the decision made. Ultimately only you are accountable to your life.

She is not that invested to you. At best she sees you as a plate AND SO SHOULD YOU. Clearly by giving you her contact details while in a relationship she hoped you would make moves on her but you were “too respectful”. That’s alone is a red flag. This guy isn’t concerned about that and even if it doesn’t work between them another will soon follow. Why do you think it’s ok to have a LTR with a girl that doesn’t mind flirting with other men? Also your mindset suggests that you’d like to show her w…

We are so used to seeing relationships ending because of something a partner as said or done that we may forget that there are other factors involved. She clearly holds this program as a one in a lifetime opportunity and would regret not taking that. If you were to dish out another argument it would still be a lose-lose situation as it could lead to one if 3 scenarios: a) She chooses you over the program and become more bitter as you would be the one thing that held her back in achieving her dre…

Don’t go blaming this on Ahmed. You got flustered and the man simply took the opportunity to point out the obvious. Second, why are you flirting with her while her friends are around? If you read the sidebar you will know that it is not something you do. Isolate, Isolate, Isolate. Third, you got flustered over it because you are not outcome independent. Stop telling us about this “one” girl. All in all I’d recommend a re-read of the sidebar as all your questions have already been answered there.

Rome wasn’t built in a day. You are trying to become fit, charismatic and successful simultaneously over night and that just won’t happen. Working too hard or trying too many things at once will simply overwhelm you. Pick one activity at a time then, when it becomes natural, add a new area to improve on top. Rinse and repeat. It is the same issue people have starting working out. They have the all or nothing mentality, wanting to starting off working out 5 days a week and giving up after realisi…

Honestly I’d say just trust your gut. In any case of cheating you will rarely find any reliable evidence. It is either that or hire a P.I. At the end of the day you will have to live with it and if you are going to obsess over whether she cheated or not when that car smells like genitals, it will just ruin your relationship. Pick a decision you won’t regret making and stick to it.

It is more a question of how to find quality people nowadays. 80% guys don’t take care of themselves (no gym, hygiene or fitting clothes), have no goals in life and the highlight of their day is playing games while smoking weed. You really have to keep an eye out because, if you are like me, you want to find friends who are both driven in life and can help each other become a better person. Forget women, start day gaming and vetting fellow men.

I agree with this. This relationship is clearly not working for you both and the end is near whether you decide to stay longer or not. I disagree on the part on trying to repair the relationship as time and effort are better spent getting back on your feet. I know you will still try that and maybe it is the lesson you need but you shouldn’t. She certainly isn’t the only girl for you and if confidence and charisma are the factors holding you back I have news for you, those are skills you can lear…

I don’t see how you would benefit spending the time with three strangers of which one is a girl you are trying to hit on and the other her bf. Every time you go out there you should be thinking how your time spent doing something would benefit you and what are the odds of it going according to your plan.

Honestly, that sounds like a headache to me. If she did indeed gave you all this IOI there must be some attraction going on but the way she is acting seems like this girl loves drama. Either way look at her actions not her words. You want to bang, take the boyfriend talk as shit test otherwise don’t waste your time on someone who’s trying to put you on orbit.

I’m going to look into the Law of Lid, but the rest I have all on my bookshelf. The inherent problem in this equation is that I was barely able to talk to one them due to their evasiveness and do not know this people/had zero contact with them in the past. It would be manageable if I was able to get some sort of interaction going with them to apply such techniques but currently I am having great problems with that alone. A man needs to follow his mission. If I am put being put up with problems that lead to failure I will help it if I can. We are in 2019 where just about everything short of your family does not value you as a person if you are a male. I’d say the fuck up was giving enough leeway for her to hamster herself out of it. Should not have given a chance to negotiate. Next time I would say you don’t have Snapchat or you are cutting off Snapchat as spiritual cleansing since it has gotten so dirty. Make shit up but don’t give her the option of saying no and when in doubt Agree and Amplify.

The best feedback you can have is how your partner behaves with you. Their cycle offers "marginal" context. If she is on her period and is disrespectful it may not reflect the current status of your relationship. If she is fertile dressing up and coming home late from "work" be on guard. "Does that mean she cheating/is a broken plate?" -No, you don't have the full context. It is only indicative thus not reliable to study it on a day by day case (unless your name is Sherlock Holmes)
/r/askTRP04/08/19 09:34 PM

Know of it, be aware of it but don't base your behaviour on the girl's cycle. Each girl is affected by cycles differently and each cycle is different and affecting them differently. You will meet the statistical drama of correlation does not equal to causation.

There is such a thing as taking it too far, so chill. No such thing as "Play The Cycle". Find the right balance between dread and comfort. You are over doing it.

No one will tell you how to live your life, you will need to ask yourself what person you want to be and what is that you value in life. The issue I see here is that you yourself don't know what you want from life and want someone to tell you or something to attach instead of doing the work yourself. Ask yourself what. What is about women, kids, charity etc that you value? Is it companionship that you value in women? Go find some bros. Is being someone's mentor in life what you value in having c…

Let me get this straight, so you are complaining that your training and diet is aimed at losing mass and you are disappointed you are not gaining mass? If so start looking up on bulking and cutting phases, it's the basics. I swear this must be on the sidebar too so go read the sidebar. If not go read it again to just to be safe.

I had your same issue in the past for 6 months straight. If you are skinny it's likely that you are not on a caloric surplus (eating a lot) I went from 50kg to 63kg in 10 months afterwards mainly muscle ( I'm 5'10"). Try eating 5-6 a day even if it makes you feel uncomfortably full. Trust me it when I say it ain't easy.

Good job, you closed. Keep at it but remember the RedPill® is about improving oneself so don't go asking for approval from strangers on the internet. This is a place for self improvement and not mutual masturbation of each other's ego. Stick to actual questions.

She'll use her sexuality as a weapon considering you came out of a fight. Do it and the take your sweet time with her afterwards. Better yet if you dont finish, her hamster will explode and you shouldn't have arguments for little while.

Depends... Do you find her attractive? If yes, do it ASAP. No? Consider this, you will be able to pull more girls afterwards but you'll remember it for a long time and may affect how you enjoy sex in the future. How much can't say, varies from how big of an ego you have. You are 24 tho so either way you better hurry up.

This is how it should be. Don't bother actively looking for them, when you see something you like just go talk to them, you are bound to find something. Don't take it as a chore and know what you are looking for. You don't have to close with all of them nor continue a boring convo. Once you know she is not interesting to you dip out. Also focus on being outcome independent.

Seems like a massive red flag to me. No girl I ever knew felt appropriate for others to touch her sexually while a guy they may consider fucking could see it, let alone by a beta who all girls would crush the balls for trying. My conclusion she sees you as a beta orbiter and you just don't know it yet or she is really promiscuous and doesn't mind being sexually touched by people around her. Feminism has taken over education. To go against them is to go against the university themselves and after reading so many stories of people losing jobs and career over it I can safely say this is a battle I won't come off unscathed. I was never bitter, it just revealed fully what society was truly like and that I couldn't deny it for the amount of experiences that I had. Just took time to internalise it. This is because I moved to a new city on my own last month and I'm starting from scratch. I'm still reintegrating that abundance mentality. But still, if a girl comes up with such reasons how likely to really be the truth and not an excuse? I'd still throw away the plate for this but I'm interested in the dynamics... never had something like this before. Most girls were always eager to please me and slut it up without me saying a word so I'd like to understand it more.

There is to argue that for a woman to evaluate what she is and isn't interested at, based on the inherit value of the product, it would be required to have a prevalent logical mind that takes in consideration facts over feeling but according to the RedPill, women across the board have the concept of "feels over reals" thus dictating the value of the product on how well is presented and marketed rather than actually considering an unbiased approach which looks only at the quality of the product "…

I do believe the strategy mentioned here has its merit on both high and low quality women. As long as you adapt the level of dread and comfort to your target all should be smooth. If a girl is high quality and you stop talking to her for, let's say 1 week, yes you are gambling here as she may believe that you see her as disposable but if you go for, let's say 2-3 days, this would only increase her perception of you as you are a busy person thus your time and attention is more valuable than the o…

You are the very opposite of abundance mentality hence why is so vital that you do not get in a relationship until you have cultivated at least 3-4 relationship (in which you are non monogamous) to choose from. Here is what you are doing wrong. Your current end goal that you have set is to get a girl to commit in a LTR with you and that is where the problem lies at. A LTR should not be your goal as it is already a girl's end goal, rather you should focus on yourself and just have as much experience as you can so that a LTR WILL become the byproduct. Also if a girls suspects that you have a side chick it will only heighten her attraction to you and reduce the risk of her branchswing/cheating. That is if…

Agreed, also it is not only girls that do that. When you break up it is usually a traumatic experience and in order to get over it you need to change what it is in your mind and life. By changing your appearance first it helps you transition faster from your old broken self to the new you as you physically see yourself as a new person.

''The literal how to manage your bitches'' On another note, I completely agree. More often than not a leader has to fulfill the needs of the group and be responsible for the collective individuals. It is putting the needs of the group before your own, thus a selfless role. People tend to focus mostly on the benefits of the job but never really considers what responsibilities it comes with.

OK, you have half of it right... For you readers all what you should get from this is women are human and you shouldn't put them on a pedestal nor be afraid of starting an interaction with them. What is the worst that it can happen? That said there are many holes in this post. Women, especially on social media and tinder, want to be entertained. Also do it sparingly. The more you do something the less meaning it has. Even if you do mean it sincerely with no hidden agenda that will boost her own perceived SMV. One genuine compliment is always a great thing to build comfort but you still one to make her perceive the difference of SMV between the two of you strongly in your favour, the bigger the difference the better. That is just the basics of attraction, she has to feel that you are the best she can ever get.

You can try but you know damn well its break it or make it and odds aren't exactly in your favour. Start by spending less time with her, make her jealous, make her suspicious and if she does something you don't approve of, do not talk about it, simply ignore it or if she took it too far, send her home but never explain how you feel or go in detail of what she did wrong. Also see the different types of nexting.

Look she has gone as far as being disrespectful towards you because of the amount of "love" you have given her. Translate that to redpill: You beta-ed the shit out of this relationship so far that she feels like threading you like a doormat without fearing the consequences. If what you did so far is not working start being distance, applying dread, go out more alone WITHOUT explaining more than "I felt like it." but she won't like this and chances are she'll feel like you are putting up a person…

Straight to r/asktbp, there is nothing red pill about your behaviour nor are you willing to listen the advice given (which they are absolutely spot on). Your relationship will fail, you won't know why but we all surely will he. P.S. She definitely doesn't want to break up with you UNTIL she finds someone better. Probably already looking for your replacement.
/r/askTRP06/07/17 03:10 AM

Only thing I can tell you to do to really keep your girl is dread. She will always push fore more comfort and commitment and the more you give in, the quicker attraction dies yet you need a healthy level of comfort AS A REWARD. You can keep this relationship going forever. Start accepting that sooner or later you'll break up with her because it seems you haven't accepted that reality.
/r/askTRP06/07/17 02:15 AM

I experienced exactly the same thing. I was super redpilled before and girlfriend complained about it and became depressed. Decided to give some comfort and let say things got really bad. She cheated and branchswang and to her it was all my fault. Needless to say she is my ex now. I was confident, successful and had a lot of success with women, now I'm building myself back up from letting her in my head. I'm back the way I am now, just more cold hearted. Learn from my mistake.

I see what you are doing wrong and it is quite simple wha you should do. Here: Be irrationally confident in yourself and most important don't compromise you and your goals for no one. Dread AND follow through with actions. Man act, don't bother discussing or talking. See different types of nexting a girl. Get a abundance mentality by having options. 80% of the problems you have in a relationship disappear by just having an abundance mentality and options to fall back to.

You are the five people you hang out the most with. Start looking for people like you or people you'd like to be like and get a new social group.

She lied, disrespected and cheated on you and you put up with it. I dont think you truly grasp the concept of dread otherwise you wouldn't be in this situation.

Not enough info on the context. Could be anything from craving male attention to boost self esteem to being alpha widowed.

That's just straight up disrespectful and she definitely didn't care how you would feel about it when she did so. Only after she realise that she couldn't treat you like a doormat she started to hamster a reason why she did so. I'd feel violated to giving up my sexual prowess to such an uncaring bitch. A woman got to earn a man's attention, it is not given. You taught her a lesson OP.

"I tried to say it was an accident" Your are justifying your actions as an accident. You shouldn't have tried to convince her but rather just stated what happened and that she should deal with it as there is nothing wrong with what you did. I don't know if you see the difference but in the first case you are almost asking for forgiveness and the second you show you don't take shit from her and she should be chasing your forgiveness.

We should all convert to this guy's unit of attractiveness. That shit is so precise 😂

Something along the line how she should come with you next time so she can keep an eye on you. Keep it playful. Always. They throw an insult you don't take them seriously and show that by using amused mastery.
/r/askTRP26/06/17 12:17 AM
5

Not too bad but you should had used amused mastery when she was bitching about you and then cut contact. 8/10, good plan but you've shown that she got to you by going on the defensive.
/r/askTRP26/06/17 12:09 AM

Seems like you did half of it right, you haven't lost much frame. 1) When she was acting up asking for the phone you shouldn't have surrendered it. 2) Don't justify yourself to her even if it was an accident. 3) Props to you for leaving but giving her attitude on text you should had soft nexted her and ignored it. Learn to be more aloof and use amused mastery during confrontations. Never explain yourself when a woman is throwing tantrums.

Should had disappeared at the first sign she was being sexual with another man. ESPECIALLY at the beginning of a relationship.

Been following your FR for a while now. I recently got off monk mode after 6 months and started gaming once again. Thanks to your posts I find myself remembering the excitement of approaching and that motivates me on a day to day basis to do it. Keep it up because you do make a difference.
/r/TheRedPill25/06/17 11:17 AM

THIS... This guy knows what's up. Op if I were you I go bang other girls and then break up with her. At least she would had learnt her lesson. Something is brewing and we can tell she is not LTR material from this.
/r/askTRP14/06/17 01:08 AM

Stop all communications, avoid her for a week. Don't explain anything, she knows something is not right and she will know exactly what. Even if she acts dumb she knows has been done. A week later just text her to hangout like nothing happened .Only discuss it in person if she asked in a friendly and calm tone otherwise you do not talk about it, at all.
/r/askTRP10/06/17 04:44 PM
15

Can't seem to comprehend her behaviour fully. Likely to be a power play or shit test. What should you do? Soft next her for a week. She was completely disrespectful towards you. Also I think you need to dread her more if she think she can pull stuns like this.

The safest approach to it. Just find yourself one fit (male) coworker that you can passionately make out as she watches to eliminate any doubts in her mind. It will work 100% or you money back!

Thing is that rules like that shouldn't be used for every situation. From experience you can do two things to get a girl from a group: 1) Befriend the easier person of the group so you can then remove most of awkwardness when you would talk to her. This also lowers her guard and gets her to feel more comfortable talking to you get the group to basically accept as one of their own. (Mystery method way) 2)Approach everyone at once and entertain them with your presence. I love this as it shows that…

If it is cheating you are screwed and we don't support this behaviour. If you are not then I don't see the problem. Say you are busy that day and if they find out you have been with the other girl say that you guys are not monogamous and you are free to date others. Either be in a relationship and take it seriously (which I don't really recommend) or spin plates. You can't have your cake and eat it too.
/r/askTRP06/06/17 01:57 AM

Simple. Don't approach while she is with family. You can still tease her from the distance with a smirk or something of the sort. Approach a girl with a single family member is next level for you at the moment. If you were good at approaching I'd say just entertain both her and the mother and overall just give a good impression to make it easier for your next approach WITHOUT the mother. If you want to play safe go with the first option otherwise try option two and see where it leads, you will c…

I'm in a similar situation. I'm a full time student with a part time job while also undergoing an additional class. My work week is 7 days a week. I still workout every day , work on my game, date and go out but I prioritise my studies. Just manage your time effectively. It can be stressful at times but it just takes discipline. Stick to a maximum of 2-3 goals and keep working on all other goals to the side.
/r/askTRP01/06/17 10:50 PM

Agree towards 8-9pm. You'll have a higher chance to bring her home.

Love this. Man, don't ask us how to take selfies. They mostly work for girls. What you should focus on is the environment and what message it sends across. Example: Photo of you at a bar partying with other girls = High SMV Selfie with the "Lads" at the strip club = A Nein for most girls...
/r/askTRP01/06/17 10:25 PM

Prioritise one or two by keep working on the others at your own pace. Simple. As for what should you prioritise depends on what you think is more important TO YOU. We can't tell you that, only you can.
/r/askTRP01/06/17 10:19 PM

Just tell me what is your plan for the night and I'll be able to tell you. I switch through a lot of venues during my dates doing various things so I make it work. What about you?
/r/askTRP01/06/17 10:17 PM

Why the hell would you mention your mother while she is being sexual with you. Things like this make me want to scream Wtf... Kid you have a LOT to learn... Read the sidebar, breath the sidebar, read it first thing in the morning and have your mother preaching it to you like fairy tail at nightfall.
/r/askTRP01/06/17 10:12 PM

Don't ask stupid questions dude. You know the answer. If somebody asked you the same question you are asking us now you'd be like "Dude... wtf, really?!"
/r/askTRP01/06/17 10:07 PM
1

That's logistics really. Depends on your plans. If you trying to get laid you wouldn't set up a date at 11am and ask her to comeback to yours. Chances are she'll say no. You should have a clear plan on how the night should go for a date and from that work out logistics.
/r/askTRP01/06/17 10:04 PM

From personal experience: ignore any of her messages. Did this myself and I was surprised from the results. In a positive way ofc.
/r/askTRP01/06/17 10:01 PM

I agree with the above. Either way that you want her or not there is only one path to follow. By doing what we suggested he will realise she ain't a snowflake and likely find some new girl to take her off his mind.

Social media. She will be checking on you if you withhold attention.
/r/askTRP01/06/17 04:34 PM

Definitely not humblebrag... Show that you are over her, if what you said is actually true. Cut all attention from her and actively pursue other girls. The following will happen: -She will start to see you as more attractive, realise that you are a catch and other women want you. -You will stop caring about your ex. The less emotional investment you have to a partner the more attractive you are. DO NOT HUMBLEBRAG. If you tell her what improvement you have done to your life she won't care and won…

Do it for a week, don't let her know about it. Flirt, cold approach etc. I recommend it as it will be helping you care less about this situation, enforce your abundance mentality while you can plan clearly what to do next. If I was you I'd soft her for at a week, have this week as a secret break and see if this relationship is really what I want. Never take important decisions without taking the proper amount of time thinking about it. This leads to regret.
/r/askTRP31/05/17 07:15 PM

Soft next for a week, apply dread and see the result. Always keep a abundance mindset. If she can't live without me afterwards and will do anything to maintain the relationship Id stay. Still have issues and throws anger tantrums, blame me, guilting me or punish in anyway, I'll show her the door and break it up myself. What you done wrong: Approached it in a logical manner discussing what you did wrong. Girls respond to emotions not logic. Instead of having the big talk you should make her feel …

A plate can't spin forever. A year is still quite an achievement tho. Now here's what I believe is going to happen: She'll date and jump into a relationship right away with some other dude. Because you alpha widowed her and most guys are betas the relationship will fall apart within the first year and with a little bit of gaming it will be "your turn" once more. ...And the cycle continues once again... Depends how she said it. Did she paid the proper respect to her man? You are an asshole. Did she try to pussy whip your ass? You showed her you are a man with self respect. Quite simple actually.

Insecurity. Until you feel happy about yourself you'll feel this way. Also you got to mature, you can't just bring people down like that... If I see somebody that is better at something than me it makes me work harder to catch up to then. I become really good friends with those people, get tips on how to "catch up" faster and it creates a healthy competition.

Just go on with your day without thinking about it too much. My principle is if I see a girl I like I go and game her. My favourite place is still a coffee shop but that is because I can easily transition it to a straight first date and I don't go there specifically to approach.

Your question is very vague but I will try my best to help a fellow redpiller: 1) No contact with ex (that means also not checking on her on social media). 2) Avoid her including ignoring her attempts to communicate with you (that may bring back old emotions and destroy your progress). 3)Anything that reminds you of her should go if possible. 4) MONK MODE: improve your SMV by lifting, taking hobbies and learning new skills (it will also boost your confidence). 5) Apply red pill sexual strategy a…

"I see where you are coming from" and proceed to continue doing things your way. This statement does not mean "yes, I'll take your advice" or "no, I won't take your advice" just you understand their point of view. Simply no response. She is no longer part of your life nor should have any impact on it anymore. You don't owe her a closure.
/r/askTRP28/05/17 09:00 PM

Keep it up. From what you wrote you clearly had a successful approach with a n-close. Congrats but don't stop here because practice will only make you better.

Saving your face now. Do NOT call... send a text with something like "meet me at X when you get here" or "where u at?" at 7:30. If she doesn't answer and/or turn up within 20 min do not follow up communication and enjoy yourself.
/r/askTRP26/05/17 09:34 PM

Go ahead and game them all. She is a "former" LTR so you are not cheating and her seeing you getting on with other girls will only make you more appealing. Just be aware of the hamster in her head

Straight to monk mode and go through the 5 stages of grief. Let yourself go through all the pain but don't drown in it and push yourself forward. That means getting up of bed, working lifting, etc... Take sometime to get more emotional stable (2-4 weeks) beforehand and then just focus on you. Things got better for me when I lost someone close to me to suicide but it did get better but it'll take time.

Thanks, the last point clears my mind. I'm going to just not care and see if it'll lead to any problems. Probably overreacting but I'm making a new start and the last thing I want is a crazy ex creating drama.

Attention seeking behaviour from her part at the orbiter's expenses (which is you).
/r/askTRP25/05/17 01:04 PM

I'd say to play around with it by overdoing it so it is not serious but still the worst thing to joke about with a girl is her being fat. So just ignore your mistake, make her enjoy the convo and finish on a good note. Also be careful now, another fuck up like this in a short period of time I guarantee you she'll be done. The sooner you bang her the easier it will be for you.
/r/askTRP25/05/17 12:39 PM
2

Depends how long you had this going. If you just met her than you are going to do a shit ton of work to improve it, just not worth the effort. If she already had a good impression of you and she has known you for a good time than you will just put on warning. Tldr: if you dated her at least once with a good impression you have a chance, otherwise I'd bail.
/r/askTRP25/05/17 12:28 PM

First, you should have responded in a way that shows your self amusement and how you don't take it too seriously. The taunt in itself was a shit test and you failed. Second, you never write something right down offensive to a girl you want to bang. Teasing is good, yes, but I don't read any teasing here, rather you trying to one up her previous comment. You broke frame and shown insecurity. Next her and learn from this. Nothing is suppose to get to you as an alpha and if you don't like the disre…
