I really enjoy reading your posts. About the way of delivering emotions in conversations: How important would you rate things like intonation, facial expressions and body language etc.? I think it's beneficial to deliver authentically, right? Are there certain emotions that have to approached more carefully than others? I think of shame and guilt for example.
