It can actually be easier because they have a longer, better attention span. Game will work regardless of intelligence, you just have to be able to get all the way through all the steps. It can be difficult to get ADD party girls to focus long enough for game to work.

I feel for you. The way I joke with my close group of friends does not work with the average girl you meet at the bar or on the street (we're all engineers). I frequently steal material from comedians or phrases I've heard other people say. Especially when I was less confident and more shy than I am now. Its not original but it gets laughs.

Spot on. It can be really small things, like holding your drink while you show her picture. If you're back at your place you can ask her to rub a knot out of your shoulder or scratch an itch that you can't reach can both get her to invest and introduce Kino. Plus a lot of times it just leads to a back scratch or massage which is awesome by itself.

Haha, guess that's why it's a statistic not a fact. Best of luck to you though. Don't be afraid to ice them and cut off contact for a couple weeks. Girls change their mind about the guys they see often so even though right now they might not be interested in the future they might be. Just suggestions. I agree with tombstone31. I don't think you're doing anything wrong.

Statistically the sooner you get physical the less likely you are to have a long term relationship. Not hooking up on a first date keeps them curious. Just a thought. Second thing, which may or may not be a problem but it's something I have had problems with so I just thought I'd mention it. Try to get her to contribute, don't do everything yourself. She'll feel more invested in the interactions that way and want to keep it going.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
