Always agree and amplify or ignore. Someone commented that you should say jokingly "I'm gay." That is a classic agree and amplify. Something more tame, "I thought you were going too." 1	Lesson in frame control by Barack Obama. Dealing with insecure betas I found the clip amusing but I don't see the guy as insecure. Mike is clearly joking, if anything I give him props for joking with the president when most people would just say hi.
