It was a joke about men rounding up their penis size and the rebuttal was to insult the intelligence and capabilities of women everywhere. The equivalent if you flipped the genders would be: "Hah women be shopping!" "Yeah but at least my gender doesn't commit suicide as often" These two aren't even in the same stratosphere as offensiveness.
