1	We got you bro It’s extremely sad to me that you have that mindset and it seems people are agreeing with you. I haven’t personally had that experience with women, only heard stories. Sorry for those of you that have had those kind of experiences cause that’s the nastiest shit. I’m never going to put someone else’s job on the line before giving them a chance though. 0	We got you bro HR stuff should be way more last resort than that. Going straight there is almost cowardly to me. I think you make an effort to find a moment where you can actually talk it out and explain why that’s not acceptable in person and give them a chance at having healthy reconciliation. Going behind someone’s back straight to HR without giving them a shot at understanding where they are off just sucks.
