Brah i must disagree. Women that take it very slow with me usually tend to be setting themselves up for LTRs. If they are worth it i do end up waiting for them to feel ready. Rarely i am led on in this scenario but i always have back up plates ready if they are. LTRs are nice so dont disqualify yourself unless you only want easy sex

My advice would be to find the thing that is depressing you and meditate it out of your life. Its powerful when you can get your brain to focus on the positive things in life rather than the negative. I dont want to kill your attraction for this girl but you shouldnt get her number or hit on her. She was handing out pamphlets and was likely trying to help you. Girls usually dont find obviously depressed people attractive. On the contrary they find outgoing people bursting at the seams with energy and humor attractive. Trust me. Im not the best looking guy by any means and ive had really good looking girls hit on me at parties just for being very outgoing.
