The last festival I went to had separate toilets, the line for the women's was 40 odd deep. The ladies kept coming into the men's toilets, since most of the guys were using urinals and the stalls were free. But each time I was in there, there were women going in and out. I once had a lady come into a stall with me to steal my toilet as she couldn't wait any longer, that was weird.

Company I work for is in the pursuit of this so called 50/50, so when they hire now of there are 10 jobs on offer 6 or 7 go to a female (apparently the best candidates). But they've also had to fire 3 women who recently started and a lot have quit. The whole time I've been there 1 male has been fired, and 6 have retired after 10+ years service.

I was chatting with a guy at work, his son's go to school where Rosey Batty's son did. The school asked her to come give a talk about domestic violence and her experience, that's fine. She asked for $10k, school said you're kidding and then sent a letter to the parents stipulating this. Men are willing to take more risks in life in general, so once we're in a dangerous industry we are also more inclined to do something risky if asked to do so by the boss. Regardless of country males make up 90% + of deaths, but actually increasing OH&S laws help. Holding managers of companies accountable for safety is the only way, it helps a lot here.

My work place has done something similar, they had a general pool collection of potential employees, we saw them get a tour probably 10 males 1 female. I had the same women for 2 years try and have sex with me. She started out flirting then straight up asked, always the same answer off me. I can't help too much with that, there are a variety of information in Australia and UK in their bureau of statistics sites. Anti discrimination cases in this country are very rare, and won't be over firing you if you are useless at your job. But the amount of women I see getting hired at the moment is quite shocking. I am very skeptical about settling if you are innocent, it may be as you say but I am studying crime trends and looking into cases. Innocent people are generally out to make sure everyone knows they are innocent, it's the guilty who settle so they can move on and get it over with. Again each case is unique and you can't lump everyone together, there are always circumstances.
