If you use chemicals give you more power/stamina (increased testosterone), your body will reduce it's production naturally. Hence you will always need some sort of dependance in order to keep fit in the long run. Okay, so tell me how the fuck Whey Protein increases your testosterone? It's literally just protein powder. It doesn't contain octodrine and won't affect your nervous system. Steroids can have the side effects you're speaking of, Whey Protein does not. There's nothing unsafe about a pro…

Whey protein, BCAA leads to health problems and sexual dysfunction when you'll be older. Dear god. I don't know where you read that, but it's dead wrong. Please do more research before spouting shit like that.

You're on a downward slope and can't seem to get out of the spiral, which is causing the slope to furthen. Literally. It's all in your head. Look how much you're obsessing over your looks and what women think of you. You tried to maximize your results so much that it's gobbled you up whole and consumed you. You've pushed yourself to the point where you're trying so hard to succeed that it's ruining your self esteem because you're letting failure get to you. Did you ever stop to think that maybe …

Yeah for real. If no man was allowed to ever look weak in a film, even if it's for comedy purposes or necessary character development, then we wouldn't have ANY variety of movies whatsoever. The MCU has had a ton of guys being heroes for over 10 years. It's how the whole franchise started. To say that because 2 or 3 of the hundreds of heroes they have now have "been neutered" means that men aren't allowed to be heroes anymore is a bit much.

Just want to say that you've got a great outlook man, good stuff. Keep at it, the results you'll get from keeping consistent is possibly the most rewarding feeling in the world. Don't let anybody ever convince you it's not worth it. Keep on smashing it brother.

If you're a dumbass and don't do research, sure. I've never even tried gear and even I know that PCT is a very important thing.

Dude. Those numbers are completely fine for a year of training at 170lbs. The reason people preach on here that "anything less than 500 on deadlift and 315 on bench is shit" is because those are the minimum numbers you should work towards getting to. You know how you get to those numbers? By continuing to lift. It's not going to take a day, a month. It takes a LOT of hard effort and discipline. It'll take a while before you hit 315 on bench, but don't even think about giving up before you get cl…

You're getting downvoted for telling the truth. Abortion in most cases isn't any different to a guy jacking off. Your "baby" you're producing doesn't have any sense of a consciousness until close to 20 weeks. Before that it may as well be a single sperm. Sure, There's potential for life there but the fact of the matter is is that it's not living. It has no sense of awareness and simply hasn't advanced along far enough to be considered a living baby. If the "baby" had a consciousness at the time …

Gotta love the one-uppers as well "Damn man you've packed on some size, how much you bench?" "About 230 at the moment" "Haha yeah I peaked at 250 when I went to the gym years ago" It's always "Yeah I USED to lift such and such" Like, dude, I dont care what you USED to lift. Unless you got an injury and are slowly working your way back up, your numbers from "years ago" don't mean shit to me

There's a thread I read a few days ago that would really help OP but I can't seem to find it. It was titled something along the lines of "Why are you talking to me like a bitch?" Not as in "stop treating me like im a bitch" but as in "Why are you being such a pussy" OP, you want progress. You want change. The whole reason you're complaining to us right now is because you want to change. But honestly dude, you can't just post here and expect some magical response that makes you go "Oh, that's whe…

If you feel the need to check your girlfriends snapchat location, you probably shouldn't be in that relationship to begin with

Is this bait? Jiu Jitsu is one of the most handy martial arts to learn. There's no better feeling than being able to effortlessly pin someone down and giving them no other options besides calming down, or going to sleep

Wait, did you really ask her what's up and when she said she's waiting for her friends you replied with "I don't care, lets talk" ?

Maybe because he doesn't want to be in a relationship with her anymore? He doesn't want to live with her? Seems pretty straightforward to me

Yeah, this guy is bang on. OP, you're focusing way too much on women. You're saying you can't have the alpha mindset to get girls because you don't get girls. But once you get girls, you'll be able to get more girls? Don't get me wrong, abundance mentality is an important thing. But it seems like you're fairly new to red pill so I wouldn't be focusing too much on getting that abundance mentality straight off the bat. Focus more on yourself and training yourself to not give a fuck. You specifical…
