There's a growing stigmatization of men that exercise their freedom then there was 30 or even 15 years ago. The pendulum has been shifting for awhile now.

The major triumph of the banking and credit industries is the normalization of the idea that having debt is "normal" and the penalization of being debt free.

When I first met Elon, I wasn't blonde, either. I was an aspiring writer in my first year at Queen's University in Ontario, Canada, sprung from a small hometown and recovering from a difficult case of first love with the older man I'd left behind. I liked older. I liked poetic and rebellious and tortured. I liked a guy who parked his motorcycle beneath my dorm-room window and called my name through the twilight: Romeo in a dark-brown leather jacket. Jesus fucking christ the first two sentences a…

So now either you're in demand in some way because the options available to women are decreasing drastically at all ages, or you have the ability to just do your own thing. There's no downside that I can see.

It's just a hate phase. Everyone goes through it, the hard part is breaking with the hate.

It's an inborn nature for puzzles and knowledge that many humans are born without. There are just as many men as women not in technical fields because they lack the proclivity for it.

I don't think that programming should just be a "job". For me, it's not only something I do for work, but what I do for hobbies and projects, and research. The best and most effective programmers are people who have done the puzzle and knowledge based precursurs throughout life, as well as continued that through their lives. Anyone who does something just for money is going to do a hacky job from things they glean from the internet.

I'm going to do what I do, you're going to do what you're going to do. If you want to have sex all the time and just worry about yourself, all the power too you. I like to concern myself with issues not concerning myself. I had completely ignored this thread until you commented, so you are the one bringing it back into the spotlight of my attention.

picking up women is lowly. If you need to base your existence on women, then shit, might as well kill yourself, because you aren't helping anyone.
/r/seduction30/01/12 11:35 PM

sorry I misunderstand something that is blatantly about manipulating other people to your will. I really don't give a shit since this is the internet, but whatever. If I did have the option to meet women, I would ignore it, simply because it's not worth my time and effort.
/r/seduction29/01/12 05:08 PM

is someone holding a gun to my head and telling me to say that I ignore women? Obviously not, unless I'm missing something here.
/r/seduction29/01/12 04:43 PM

You have adopted a facade and incorporated it into your life, and have made yourself believe that this is you, so you are tricking the women you try so hard to get, into believing that what you are showing them is the real you. Digress I will, I just ignore women completely, makes me rational, and works for me.

I've read the material that is on this reddit, it's all about manipulating women into banging you. It's not about forming a connection, it's a bunch of dudes, participating in some lowly evolutionary bullshit. You people are basically the equivalent of peacocks. All you do is flaunt you're shit and try and best on another on who can bang the most girls at once. It's absolutely appalling.

Actually I have one more question. Why do you people do this? I mean people, in a general sense, not a derogatory one.

As well to you. A tip of my hat goodbye to you sir.

It seems we have come to an impasse on our thought routes. Let's just leave this argument at a simple statement. Your views are your views, and mine are mine. Let's just agree to disagree and go our separate ways. I tip my hat goodbye to you sir.

Well you seem marginally better then the other people that have commented. If that means anything to you. Thanks for the advice, it will probably fall on deaf ears though. Sorry.

Then I'll take to denying it. I'm not going to go around and proclaim myself to be selfish, that's just being a prick. I'd rather try my fucking damnedest to not be selfish, then wallow in it, since 'it's part of our evolution'. Well, I would argue that trying makes you much more of an 'evolved' person, then being some self-absorbed asshole that tries to spread their thinking around like some damn virus.
/r/seduction12/01/12 03:53 AM

How does doing something I hate or scare me make me not selfish. That doesn't make any sense at all. How does changing my life even matter? If I am helping the world in the current state, how would changing to becoming a person who only does this 'game', to play into their own self-superiority complex by trying to be this top shot. It's all hypocritical. Your telling me, that I become less selfish, by becoming selfish. Circular-fucking-logic.

I have donated all of the money I have earned doing part-time work to Smile Train and Unicef. atm that's about $2500. If you think that it's bullshit to try and help another person I guess that's your own opinion.

I don't think anyone can choose to be FA. Your just choosing to avoid social contact, even though you have a perfect ability to not be FA. That's just mocking us.

If I lived in a city or a place with friendlier people. Not that many people walk the streets where I live.

I've had those resist moments, where I've looked at my life, and said, "Well shit, my life is pretty fucking pointless." Then I go back to playing more games and drowning out the thoughts with games and music and other stuff.

well I have social interaction with the 4 or 5 good friends I have, but that's about it. Well, and my gaming friends when I play.

well, I'm personally going to put up a resistance to change, so in the most likely of all situations I am not going to change one bit. It's unfortunate for me, but I guess it's not that bad.

/r/seduction11/01/12 09:50 PM

Well I recently measured myself to a simple statement. I would sacrifice my life, literally and emotionally to save another person. I guess it's just in my nature. I care about my impact on the world and what I do to it. It's always eating at the back of my mind. If I get in a car, or eat food. I always am thinking of how my current action has effected the world around me. I don't know whether it's a curse or a sense of moral responsibility. I told my mother when she asked me about getting marri…

Well...where are the people that tried PUA and it didn't work for them? I'd like to hear some of their stories, since not everything can be sunshine and daisies.
/r/seduction11/01/12 09:21 PM

Well I would probably have to have interactions with women in order to use that advice.
/r/seduction11/01/12 09:20 PM

I can say sorry and other words, but I really wouldn't understand what that's like. Sorry.
/r/seduction11/01/12 09:17 PM

Personal Conjecture in my opinion, I'm sure there are people that have tried PUA and it's done absolutely nothing for them besides waste their time and effort.

well, I'll let other people take your advice and do what they will, but I won't move forward with something I know harms the impact of humanity. You basically said, Enjoy life in the here and now, and don't pay attention to doing anything that isn't blatantly going to cause problems. Now imagine that 1 billion people have this mindset, and where does that leave us as a species? In some quite deep shit. EDIT: Then factor in all the people that will still do something that's blatantly wrong becaus…

I'm always looking to improve myself, and I always act myself. It obviously hasn't worked except for the 4 or 5 good friends I have, otherwise I wouldn't be here.
/r/seduction11/01/12 09:06 PM
1

That's another thing that bothered me, why is it called a 'game'? That makes it seem so trivial in my eyes, I never viewed relationships and social interaction as a 'game', where you could win and beat someone else.
/r/seduction11/01/12 09:03 PM

I guess. I'm not even at first kiss yet. Although my current parental influences probably have a marginal impact on my current social interactions, probably as much as personal choices.

......but there is an inherent flaw with thinking along the longs of making you happy now. Thinking like that is what got us in the huge problems that the world is facing now. I don't think promoting that kind of behavior is very smart, at least from my perspective.

I've read a few of those seddit articles, and the stuff never made sense to me. I guess I'm not that type of person. I could change myself and follow this 'PUA' literature, but I'm at the point where I've got a lifestyle that I've become comfortable with, and developed a whole identity with it, that I have personal fears of losing myself just because I'm not as enabled socially as others.
/r/seduction11/01/12 08:49 PM

I did do a double take reading, sounds word for word like me in the beginning, but I've taken the alternate route of sorts. I'm becoming somewhat comfortable with my FA life, and I really don't know if that's bad or good. I guess my saving grace is that I have an online community I talk with, and that I have a few good friends still. The only issue is that those friends will be gone in a year or so, and the online community isn't much of a permanent solution. Also, what do you mean by that girl …

It seems that you lot can't really relate to FA's and us FA's can't relate to you r/sedu people. Is there any particular reasoning behind this? In my own sense, I think it's partially because of learned helplessness in respect to my FA'ness, but I think that r/sedu people came from an area somewhat or in FA land, and don't relate well because they block out that period of time in their mind. EDIT: I will no longer be responding to replies. I grow tired of this post.

I've noticed some weight loss but nothing too dramatic Mostly when I changed my diet and took up healthy foods
/r/seduction23/09/11 04:16 AM

I've lost weight before from changing my diet, and my family has slowly too, but it's hard when you don't really control what gets made or served around at dinner time. I am thinking that it will be alot easier to do this in college since I will have a full diet control going. But for the most part, I have tried to cut out the most sweets and junk food I can. The past couple days have been bad though, since I have been up late working, and had sugary drinks around lunch time to try and perk me u…
