My favourite part is where they don’t tell you which specific subreddit it was, so you can’t ‘correct’ the problem or even connect how redpilling/incels might be associated with said subreddit. You can’t claim homelessness isn’t an issue in America and also deny that America is one of the best places in the world to live. I used to go to the gym a lot and for me I find it’s the opposite. As long as I start eating better I have more energy and feel better (both physically and mentally) and it makes working out easier. But I know it’s different for everyone, honestly whatever works for you is best.

I’ve probably gained about 50lbs this year unfortunately and I do not force my boyfriend to find me attractive. I KNOW it’s from lack of exercise, poor diet and other bad choices I’ve made this year. I look at myself and FEEL BAD because it’s the result of BAD DECISIONS. I’m currently going to the gym to sweat it off and be the hot girl I was when we started dating because I feel like I’ve LIED to him about who and what I was. I’ll never understand how these women try to justify that lifestyle.
