I completely understood that from the first comment. What I'm saying is that doing these trips to Europe etc were at the expense of poor quality of life later on. This is in the context of the thread, a load of poor decisions and instant gratification - I'm not saying "never do fun shit when you're young", just that doing it smart is the best option.
