2	Why do Indian guys complain about being perceived as Indian? Hello! I was an occasional reader of TRP for a while. My friend, another Indian, sent me this thread last night asking me to comment as well. Context: I am an Indian guy living in the US for 5.5 years. In my opinion, if you are an Indian male in the western world, I don't see what the problem is with "being Indian". I don't understand why in the world would you ever consider yourself to be at a disadvantage for "being Indian".
