Idk I’ve been thinking about this. It’s certainly true emotionally, but I have yet to see it explained articulately, you know? They will always hide behind the idea that it’s totally okay because they made a contract at a particular point in time, so what happens after is all that matters. If there’s an issue with your contract, you meet and renegotiate the contract or else dissolve it. Marriage is put into a very material context that makes it hard to explain why men (or people in general, sinc…

I very much disagree. Cheating is probably more common in general, but marriages are paradoxically more stable these days because the unstable ones dissolve so quickly. Cheating within the marriage is less common now than then. Additionally we have more tools to combat cheating. Partners can easily spy on each other, you can do DNA testing, and so on. There’s apps that literally let you both see where each other are 24/7. I think it’s possible that less cheating occurs, but more of it is caught.

Bro something like 10-15% of the population is suicidal to the point of needing antidepressants to maintain daily function, if not avoid actual death. We can’t pretend we don’t have our own unique problems that would equally mystify our ancestors. Their struggles should be used to inspire solutions to our own, not to compare and thereby assuage the pain they cause us.

They would rather be passed around by hot guys than shackled to an ugly one, perhaps even a plain one. Simple as.

Nonsense. Cheating is rarer than ever in marriages. It might happen more overall because it’s more likely in the dating phase, but that’s just life experiences tbh, not life ruining stuff like marriages blowing up

Yeah but it will never happen bro. Women balk at more than 3, and you can’t afford more than 1 on a single income anyway so she has to work. You could end up spending your whole life setting up the conditions for it to happen like a good income, a home, a wife who is open to many kids, etc. And then she could divorce you out of the blue and destroy what you built, it’s literally 50/50. And for living traditionally on a single income with many kids, you are punished extremely harshly by the law -…

Genuinely stunning to me that you would let anyone IRL know about PPD and the manosphere, or that you know about it. Insanity. Keep that shit buried.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/22 06:53 PM

Why is this a question for just women? All the men are unanimous in denouncing FDS women too. The smart ones would stay away from people on PPD too. It has nothing to do with the actual TRP or FDS techniques themselves. I mean, it can, but it doesn’t need to. Just the fact that they are clearly a manipulative and controlling person, over analyzing every aspect of relationships and likely their own dynamics. You should be legit scared to be manipulated by such a person. Even if they’re not the so…

I agree that people are seriously underestimating how bad things are about to get in the next 50 years. Even if we maintain our current status or improve modestly to rectify these issues, foreign cultures like the East Asians and South Asians will begin to run circles around us. China has already eclipsed our technological edge on them, 20 years before we thought they would. It’s going to get bad, but everyone is all too eager to call it alarmism. The vast, vast majority of people in America thi…

Value is something that an external observer gives to someone or something. He can't just tell himself he's valuable and become valuable. Everyone is valuable to themselves because, well, they are themselves. The ones who don't are already dead or about to be. Being valued by others is the issue.

Yeah it’s a minority of girls, sort of the inverse of men who would truly lead a woman on for weeks or even months just to get laid once. But the thing is, they lead on many different guys so even as a minority, most men could encounter one. I can’t say I’ve ever been led on before that I know of, but then I’ve never heard of a man pursuing a girl for months just to smash once IRL either.

When they say that, they mean they hate “too many muscles” the way you hate massive ginormous titties that drag across the ground. They’re talking about roided up freaks like Kali Muscle (no offense to them, but it is freakish). You will never gain enough muscle naturally to turn off most women. Also a lot of women settle for men without muscle and are just being nice to him. Kind of rude to admit he’s lacking in something he’s just too lazy to fix.

It has certainly led to a bunch of women who are very, very experienced with men sexually, but seemingly have no idea how we think or what we like or what we value in women. At first it was very peculiar to me, but it makes sense that many short encounters is how that happens.

No one can disagree with this post. Women definitely have it easier getting experience and it’s a huge plus for them. In fact, men prefer that they don’t have experience. Lots of very undesirable women have more experience than they can even recall, so experienced they are.

I really fail to see how you distinguished it from fraud more generally. If they are deceived into signing a document, that is fraudulent and the signature is void. At least, that’s how it works in anything that isn’t paternity.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/22 04:38 PM

Agreed. Policing in this country is a disgrace. We’ve had this thread before and I was convinced that paternity testing, while maybe something worth doing, is very inconsequential especially when we do have other things we need the sequencing machines for (rape kits, COVID) atm. Maybe in a decade or two, though.

I remember those articles. Very funny. People always find something external to blame. It can’t be that they’re unattractive politics nerds in a town totally flushed with them. It’s just because everyone is bigoted against them or whatever. Gotta protect that ego

I mean I agree 110%. Where can I sign up? We should force vasectomy any man who has a child out of wedlock, at least in principle. Practically it might be a little hard, like what if she leaves him right after she finds out she’s pregnant? That might be a tricky situation. But in principle, strongly support.

The sad truth is for most high status men, their time is so valuable that they essentially never can stop working. CEOs will get up to work out at 5, eat by 5:30, then work 6 am to 9 pm (with breaks ofc). Capitalism squeezes as much productivity as it can from anyone, but with people who have high value skills that goes into overdrive. You end up with doctors working 12 hour shifts and CEOs that forgot they had kids.

I don’t think you can really pass laws saying that 20 years after the crime is committed they owe massive monetary fines. It would be extremely odd and possibly unconstitutional. What if she does it once, but happens to have quintuplets? Does she pay the flat 20%, or does she lose 20% per child?

At this point, not really bro. A sizable minority of women give birth out of wedlock. It keeps going up even though we’re better educated, have more family planning, and are richer. Being a single mom is seen as something to be proud of, an achievement in its own right. And benefits are WAYYY above a few hundred a month for a woman with even one or two dependents, especially if she’s collecting child support By making single parenthood viable through handouts, we’ve slowly chipped away at the st…

Because they are obviously deceived to an even greater extent. Having extra resources wouldn’t make them better able to detect such men. If women can be regularly deceived into being pumped and dumped, trapped in an abusive relationship, and all sorts of other nightmares - why is getting tricked by a TRPer so impossible?

You’re genuinely insane if you think women have any special social awareness. Perhaps fewer of them are socially hopeless the way so many men are, but they’re absolutely clueless, I assure you. How many women go crawling back to the men who systematically abuse or cheat on them? Since they know better (according to you), I guess it’s their fault. This is misogyny. You might think it’s not because you’re ascribing a positive stereotype to women, but it’s misogyny all the same. The same way thinki…

No that’s exactly what I mean bro. In the old days (say the 50s, so almost a century ago), everyone had 12 friends. Each of those friends, in turn, had 11 more. So you had 12 x 11 people in an immediate social network. But since the average is 4 today, it’s now 4 x 3 people. It can certainly work, especially since people like to play matchmaker and pair compatible friends so it isn’t truly random or anything. Basically the go-to counter argument is that hypergamy isn’t just resources or anything. Perhaps he’s genuinely stunning or has a massive cock or some other traits that make him stick out. I kind of disagree. Seems like men like to have it both ways. When the woman is with someone better, broadly defined, it’s proof of hypergamy. When she’s with someone worse, it means that he’s so attractive and HV physically that she’ll look past the other issues - the ultimate proof of hypergamy in action, to…

Yeah precisely bro. Unless you already have something in common with someone, you’re not meant to approach them. Even if it’s not a sexual or romantic approach, it’s considered weird and possibly rude (with sexual/romantic ones being just the worst examples of unwanted approaches). No one wants to talk to a stranger anymore. But relying on friends is tough advice too. People have a record low number of friends (at about 4 on average from the peak of about 12 in the 1950s). You need to learn to actually like being around women IRL if you want to be successful with them. You should want to spoil them, even if you can’t for whatever reason.

Most men who see prostitutes are not incels. In fact, incels don’t see prostitutes definitionally. You really think every man who ever saw a prostitute was undesirable? Or couldn’t get a woman if he really wanted to?

Women will literally disassociate during sex with you to trick you into thinking they like you.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/22 05:32 PM

That’s not what hypocrisy is and you should call those men out… it’s just tedious because they do it in every thread. If you press them on it, they’ll either agree it’s hyperbolic or go full schizo and say it really is every woman on planet Earth (and the ISS). Either way, waste of time
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/22 05:30 PM

This is just word salad. What are you even talking about? Men are perfectly capable of having a rational debate about abortion without having to empathically imagine that they are a pregnant, Muslim, transman of color from the inner city who needed an abortion. I’m sure women can talk about circumcision or the draft without having to hear about their father or son or whatever. This is just misandry.

That’s precisely my point though. The damage from the Great Depression (1929) wasn’t fully repaired until the 1950s or perhaps even 60s. It wasn’t natural. The inequalities created by it (or perhaps by advancing industrialization, or some combination thereof) had to be purposefully created and it took decades. But it will happen again, and the US is better prepared to recover than most other countries are. The Great Recession was on its way to being resolved in total when COVID happened. Unemplo…

Uhh actually Biden literally cut child poverty in half? I’m a rightwing nut job and even I’ll admit he did that. The recovery is uneven, sure, because all recoveries are. It will smoothen out, just as occurred following the Great Depression and Great Recession. It may not happen naturally and we may need to enact policies to make it happen, but I have full faith that it will some time in the future.

No, but the 80:20 rule is real in basically all things. I would be shocked if 20% of the men weren’t getting 60-80% of the sex. Genuinely shocked. Not because of any real world experience per say, but because the Pareto principle comes up in everything, literally everything. 20% of realtors sell 80% the houses; 20% of letters are used 80% of the time; 20% of criminals commit 80% of the crimes.

This is how I feel. Perhaps women aren’t called out as frequently so their assholes run free? Perhaps men just notice more when women are assholes because it seems odder to them? We have yet to see any real, tangible evidence presented here. So far it’s all just anecdotes, “women are mean to me.” Everyone meets nasty people. A bunch of anxious, insecure people on the Internet are likely to overestimate how much other people judge them, to be frank

Sorry bro, but I prefer the darker girls. I’m the total reverse of your preference. Okay well ideally no one wants to come off as resenting the opposite sex to their opposite sex partner. I don’t think believing in FDS makes you a misandrist, because I believe in it and I’m a man. No bro, they don’t want to be objectified by anyone except perhaps in a narrow sexual context. It would be greatly preferable to take Chad’s heart too. Even if you didn’t want to date him, it would be fun and validating to win him over. They are tolerating mistreatment from someone because the sexual attraction cancels out. Sounds bad, but remember that hot guys are super rare for them even to find, let alone fuck. They’re desperate for it.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/22 05:00 PM

That wasn’t about comedy. Louis CK was an actual assault allegation. People made the calculation it wasn’t bad enough to warrant being canceled, though he confesses that it occurred (and, of course, they maintain it was assault). But he just jerked off in front of them. You’re conflating it with Weinstein, who jerked off into a plant. Again though, real assault and not super funny imo but I respect the dark humor.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/22 04:56 PM

No one actually complains about objectification in real life. This is an online feminazi thing. Even FDS isn’t radical enough to mention it too often. Totally made-up, online-only issue. It’s like men complaining about women who won’t split dates. No man in the real world would ever talk about such a thing. It’s an online phenomenon and we just spend too much time on Reddit.

Status through White privilege, real or imagined, would increase their attractiveness. It could also be that a sub sample of women/men is pulling up darker/lighter faces respectively. My guess is that the black women surveyed strongly prefer black men based on other studies, and this would lead to them being pulled up beyond whatever they were getting from the other groups. Even if it’s not considered the most attractive by a given person, mixed people have cross-over appeal and can more easily …

Hey man, I’m willing to admit men have it worse, but it’s just silly to leave some snide misogynistic remark about how women have no empathy. They obviously do. No one can read about Henry and not feel bummed out that a decent dude is struggling. Also I agree on the male suicide stuff, broadly described. Do you have a retort for when someone points out that women attempt suicide at a greater frequency, even if men commit it more successfully? What’s a solid response?

It’s fair that I’m being rude and I apologize for it. I think I’m just sick of seeing it described in only the context of insecurity. I’m happy to have that discussion and it has been had on here plenty of times. I’m even perfectly willing to concede that insecurity likely plays a role. But it’s just one factor and, because it’s the one that makes “promiscuous” women feel the best, they cling to it like Odysseus to his mast. Okay bro you’re going way too far lol. Unless you are a 1% freak in either extreme, your height isn’t going to be what makes you an incel. It sucks because you’re kneecapped for something you didn’t choose, but then other people are born poorer or black or something. My point being, there’s a lot of worse things you could’ve been than short. I don’t think bitching is very productive either, and might even make your emotional response to the situation worse than it otherwise would be.

Anyone can have an absolutely shit life. They wouldn’t ignore Henry any more than you’d ignore a struggling single mom, who may be working just as many jobs. Perhaps they would, but then perhaps men would ignore the genderbent situation too by the same logic.

I agree. Like for example, if you’re short like me, then moving to a shorter country would probably increase your relative attractiveness even more than the boost of being an exotic and “wealthy”. But it’s still not a miracle or anything.

It is truly horrible, but it’s also realistically the most beneficial thing the man can do. The way to sell it is to justify it as “just dating around,” “nothing serious, just seeing what I like”. Of course you won’t tell people (and certainly not her) until after the fact. I would be remiss if I did not say it is possibly the worst way a person can use another person. It’s true but overstated. On average, a wealthy American family will only remain wealthy for about 3 generations. Eventually, the wealth runs out if you don’t have a success or two in the family. The amount of wealth needed to sustain a properly wealthy lifestyle in America is so vast that almost no family is rich enough to just sit around and waste time. You run into some outliers, like the Disney family or the J&J family. But these are a handful of families whose founders made Fortune 500 comp…

TRP posits itself as a descriptor of reality. There isn’t any more benefit to dating someone who is TRP than someone who is a Communist or a Utilitarian or believes in some other ideology. The difference is merely that it’s a gender-sexual ideology, rather than a political or religious or philosophical one. So there isn’t necessarily a benefit. TRP advocates for men to make a lot of money and to look hot. That may be a benefit. But it would be too eager to assume all TRPers live up to that ideal…

Normally I’d agree and I am rightwing so naturally I have as much contempt for those freaks, which you list at the end, as you do. But I do think sociosexual isn’t necessarily a useless term. It describes a unique phenomenon. What would you use in its place?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/22 04:28 PM

I guarantee you that literally zero of the men struggling here are suffering from being too muscular
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/22 03:56 PM

If you read closely, (meaning like 1 paragraph in lol) men who overestimate themselves also overestimate everyone else - men and women included. So they may think they’re a 8 instead of a 5, but the girl they think is a 9 is actually a 6. That sort of thing. It’s a clean shift, rather than just self-aggrandizement.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/22 03:53 PM
2

Honestly I kind of agree with that line of thinking. Chad is more mythical than real, a transient ideal which men can aspire towards. Most of the “actual Chads” I know had grim lives when you zoom out and realize they will one day be 45 with a shitty career.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/22 03:50 PM

Agreed. If he was attractive, just having sex with him would be a win for most women today. But most men aren’t attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/22 03:47 PM

Actually I think I know it better than you do based on those two sentences of yours I read. Sorry pal.

Yes I can. I just did bro. If you disagree, tell me the real number of divorces caused by one gender.

If anything, we’ve ODed on reality and need some happy BP delusion, like maybe religion or something.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/22 03:36 PM

Ah yes. I’ll merely become the funniest man alive. Did you know the best predictor for a good sense of humor is frequency of suicidal thoughts? Verbal IQ works too though to an extent. You should look at the rate of suicide and how it correlates with male height. It’s so bad that the health gains from being shorter are canceled out by the suicides.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/22 03:36 PM

Ok, so how many divorces would you say are the fault of the woman? It seems the vast majority however you slice it

/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/22 03:17 PM

Worth remembering that 9/10 divorces are initiated by woman. Where there is an absent father, there is a woman responsible.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/22 03:15 PM

Not really bro. People shill the personality stuff constantly, even on here.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/22 03:14 PM

You were told the truth from a young age. Men are fed BP fantasies from birth. Just gotta be a nice hardworking dude and you’ll get your wife and 2.5 kids? What a sick, cruel joke… But you were shown the world for what it was, no heart break necessary. That’s fortunate.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/22 03:13 PM

My point is that it’s insane to think men could just be with whoever they wanted and I gave an example of a man who was CASTRATED for falling in love with the wrong girl. Mind you, she was never punished even though it was a mutual love. Do you actually think brothels were decriminalized globally since time immemorial? Sometimes they were legal, sometimes they were illegal, and yes sometimes it was as you said. It hardly means people didn’t loathe prostitutes or their customer. In particular, yo…
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/22 11:26 PM
1

Yeah, she was. Happens all the time, actually. It was pure love in the truest sense, all careful documented by their correspondence over decades. She would end up becoming a nun, and he was of course a eunuch, so they were never together yet they were still in love. Very romantic stuff. When and where are you even referring to when you say “brothels were legal?” They were never legal in some places and have always been legal in others. They also weren’t cheap. You’ve been watching too much GoT.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/22 11:14 PM
1

Bro I am begging you to Google what an honor killing is before you say men could be with whoever Read about Abelarde and Helois. The former was castrated by Helois’ family over their (not sanctioned) relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/22 10:05 PM
3

Because you aren’t a “real man” unless you do those things. You have no agency in the matter. If you didn’t get married and have kids, you weren’t really a grown man. Some men would love a traditional relationship, but the point is that they never had a choice. They had to love it or they would be miserable. Also a keen observer might realize that “head of the household financially” means they pay for everything and have no free time to enjoy their own wealth. Men were just as chained up.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/22 09:43 PM

I think this is more of an online phenomena, and even then mostly just Reddit
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/22 09:40 PM

They remove men’s agency too, you just don’t notice because we still don’t really have it even in non-traditional relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/22 09:37 PM

Okay but so do gay men and honestly straight men too
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/22 07:47 PM
7

Wow who knew women want to cum too
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/22 07:10 PM

No it’s just way easier to see a dick than a vagina. If you think men won’t judge your small dick, feel free to tell them about it.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/22 07:07 PM
1

Men absolutely do, and they also racialize it on occasion (eg Asians are tighter). It’s a real thing too, meaning tightness differences and not the race stuff. I remember a lady on Crystal Cafe who was so tight she couldn’t fit a toilet paper tube in and said she had issues with even average sized guys (I bet they liked it though). People didn’t believe her but she posted proof.

I wouldn’t say it “warped womens minds” or anything like that, because it’s borderline insane. But it is true that charisma is less important than ever, since so much is done via screens (easy to fake a personality + hard to show yours).
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/22 12:30 AM

Is it really a looks”match” if the girl requires resources to accept the match?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/22 04:38 PM

Solid analysis.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/22 05:16 PM
1

I thought it was goalposting, not incorrect. Has it changed since the last time you parroted off this talking point? Women CHOOSE to make less bro. They choose less rigorous majors, less dangerous jobs, and to - oh yeah - carry children for 9 fucking months (+ maternity leave). Once you take those choices into account, they make more. The population distribution is meaningless. Men only make more because they work harder, again by choice. That money likely goes towards a woman anyway.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/22 04:18 PM
2

They are simply called out for it more easily. When men are acting shallow, we accept it as inherent to their being. We don’t offer women the same courtesy, so their preferences are treated as entirely superficial.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/22 03:01 AM
2

Women make more for the same job. That’s what matters. Men simply work harder, so sure they make more in total.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/22 01:21 AM

I believe that when used by FDS, it necessarily includes a baseline of integrity (ie. Doesn’t cheat).
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/22 10:17 PM

FDS is a new community and a lot of their terminology, like ‘HVM’, is still in its infancy. It’s very unclear what a HVM is exactly and it seems to vary dramatically based on who is using it. To some extent, I suppose that is deliberate as value itself is inherently subjective. In may case, I think this term will grow to possess a more specific meaning eventually. Otherwise it will probably be replaced by one or more specific terms which narrow down more precisely the nature of the HVM in questi…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/22 10:17 PM

No, which is the issue. The man may or may not be a predator. A massive age gap does seem “predatory,” because it hints that the man may be falsely signaling he’s serious for some other nefarious purpose, presumably sex. Yet we can’t say for sure. It’s what dating experts call a red flag.

Men increasingly do the same, to be perfectly honest.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/22 07:50 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/22 07:16 PM

It’s already pretty easy to meet people overseas and it will only get easier as technology improves (easier to communicate, cheaper to travel). I think women will increasingly get mail order brides too.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/22 07:12 PM
1

Misleading nonsense. Yes, when you just take the average, men “make more”. Because we work more hours on average in more dangerous jobs. It’s not rocket science. If you control for hours worked, time in the field, and the choice of profession, young women handily out earn men.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/22 07:05 PM

Actually the decline of the family is probably increasing standard of living because there are fewer young, adolescents to support with the same amount of working aged population. Of course, this trick only works once and then your population is permanently in decline but so it goes.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/22 10:28 AM

There is no solution bro. We’re fucked, and this issue isn’t even in the top 10 of issues that are fucking/going to fuck us that can’t be fixed. Good luck bro. I’m planning to move after I finish my education.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/22 10:26 AM
2

Yeah but most people who don’t like themselves have massive, fundamental issues that are so significant they have to essentially not be themselves ever again to fix them. It’s contradictory advice to tell them to totally upend themselves and also be themselves.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/22 10:22 AM
2

Whatever bro
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/22 10:18 AM

It’s literally the worst dating advice bro. Anyone turning to Reddit for dating he’ll needs to completely obliterate who they are and rebuild it. They will not succeed by being themselves. It’s a dead end.

It’s not bro. Your life would be objectively better as a woman. You’d live longer, make more money, be more educated, and have more friends. It’s just propaganda that men have it better, at least among our generation.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/22 10:05 AM

This is just envy. You don’t become invisible. Attractive people just always steal the spotlight, but the ones who like you don’t need a spotlight.

She won’t marry someone she has absolutely no attraction to?

Because they distract you from more fulfilling things bro. Read Meditations by Marcus Aurelius., or honestly even just read a single sentence that man ever write. It was all written before Christ. I recommend it for that reason, since you seem to have a general contempt for Christianity.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/22 09:59 AM

Whatever bro. You’re totally blind if you can’t see how 20-30% of men never starting proper families will totally fuck our current society up the ass. We’re already in massive social decay. We have riots every few years over the police or economic issues. We have mobs in the Capitol. This isn’t a threat, but a description of reality. People like Steve Brannon deliberately market towards incels because they are easier to manipulate. Even if they can’t affect broader social change, incels have and…

Honestly you’d be surprised. I saw a study, which was an OP here, that showed that men actually - in the field - value IQ (at least verbal IQ) more than woman did. However, the amount both sexes claimed to value intelligence (broadly defined) was the same. Worth noting that the study was for LTRs.

Do you not realize that like 20-25% of women in America are hardcore fundamentalist Christians? Do you think all of them are having bad sex? Do you really not see that you’re a bigot?

Honestly I just hate fat people, except Santa of course
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/22 09:39 AM

Sure essentials have risen. To some extent, I think that is a large part of the “squeeze” happening to lower and lower middle earners in America today. Energy (gas and heating), rent, and education have all exploded in cost, while wages are stagnant. I don’t have a good solution to this, except that it only affects a portion of Americans who fall into the poverty trap. No shame, of course, it’s a monstrous thing. Medicine is also a great example of this, as is higher education. They have risen d…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/22 08:57 AM

Sure but it’s way more likely that they’re just lying on the survey than that most women don’t know what they want in a partner. Do men really know their sexuality that much better than women? I think they’re just encouraged to be open about their sexuality, as opposed to women.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/22 10:16 PM

I may be a misogynist, but even I have enough respect for the opposite sex to treat a grown ass woman like an adult.

Virtually all famines these days are man-made. Even if droughts or blights are bad enough to cause mass hunger, the international community can and will help unless something stops them. So, for example, we can’t stop the famine in Afghanistan because the US refuses to let American aid in or unfreeze Afghan assets (actually about a week ago we authorized new aid, but the example worked until then lol).
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/22 09:04 PM

I like how their first assumption is that women just aren’t aware of liking hot dudes, instead of just lying because society told them to for thousands of years

All men like younger women between about 16/18 and 45, I’m afraid. The peak is between 21-30. I can point you to some articles confirming this, but honestly it shouldn’t be surprising. Older women are so rare in porn that they get their own genre.

But standards of living have massively increased. The ability to communicate remotely with any person anywhere on Earth was a luxury even the richest billionaire couldn’t have possessed just 50 years ago. Today, even illiterate tribesmen in rural Sudan have an iPhone or two to share.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/22 05:30 AM

Bro even an absurd misogynist/racist/homophobe like me with insane insecurities and plenty of other issues, physical or otherwise, isn’t a virgin. I can only imagine how hopeless these guys must be if it’s their personality holding them back.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/22 01:54 AM

Sure and I honestly have never been with someone that young. Even when I was that young, I wasn’t really into girls same-aged so much. But am I willing to write it off and say a 21 can never really be in love with a mature 16 year old? No, it’s just not a big enough gap to justify being sent to prison, registered as a sex offender, etc.

Gambling should definitely be illegal too, imo.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/22 10:52 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/22 10:47 PM

I mean if he’s that insecure about it, it was probably not something he could ever get over. Certainly not for her, as the relationship demonstrated. It’s a good thing for him that he destroyed it.

10 encounters is below average for college educated women.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/22 10:41 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/22 10:30 PM

But raising the age of majority inevitably means locking them out of even more opportunities. It doesn’t solve the “problem” at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/22 10:18 PM

You really would send a 21 year old to prison for dating a 16 year old? Like, for years? Crazy shit
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/22 10:15 PM

Did you not get bigger after puberty? I grew another inch and a half. Rough bro. I’m 7” and still get insecure. Can’t imagine what it’s like being average, let alone small.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/22 10:12 PM

They’re just being coy. I’m confident at least a portion had genuine feelings, assuming he’s even the smallest bit romantic. Who wants to publicly announce they fell for the fuckboy?

In my metaphor, the house is the country so a neighbor being responsible doesn’t really make sense. I don’t really know what the house is in yours. You, the individual? Your family? Your house is being torched by another individual? It’s a societal phenomenon bro. It’s far bigger than any of us alone, or even our families.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/22 05:05 AM

Eh they can think you’re a great dad and still do the cost benefit rationally, sad to say. I’m sure there’s plenty of great single moms, but I wouldn’t want to date them either. It requires someone on that stage of life for sure.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/22 02:27 AM

Obviously bro. That means more resources go to their kids with you. Same reason men avoid single mothers, in principle.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/22 02:12 AM

It goes both ways but single mothers are infinitely more common. No one wants to take on bonus kids.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/22 02:11 AM

I’m honestly sincerely nice enough IRL to drive someone to the airport just as a friend and I would have been way against getting gas money or anything too. I think you should have suspected but it was fine to go with. Free ride and all.

Sad but true bro. Incredible to find out how far men will go for a crumb of pussy, but won’t just get good photos for their Tinder

There’s honestly something funny about the idea of a hoe who falls into easy traps like boyfriend material/boyfriend dick/etc. Like they’re experienced with men, but not actually in how they think or in any romantic sense, just sexually. I mean, it’s not a mistake you should make ever, let alone defend openly as people seem to do from time to time.

The house is on fire and you’re mad your bedroom went up first.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/22 01:47 AM

No I mean physically she’s in a worse spot. It’s easier for women to date when they’re younger. I have yet to meet men who don’t slut shame in the company of other men.

If you are attractive, being with you in itself is a win. She’ll pursue that immediate prize without concern for your emotions. It hardly matters ID you actually want a hook up when she genuinely wants to hook up. Maybe she’s not that type of girl and never hooks up, or maybe she only did it in college or whatever. But if she’s down to hook up otherwise, yikes. Waiting when it’s serious is a massive lie bro. Sorry you had to find out this way.

If someone consents to be eaten after they die, say in an assisted suicide or something, I should have the write to purchase and eat them. It’s something people have practiced for tens of thousands or perhaps even hundreds of thousands of years. It’s entirely consensual and moral. Sure but when I tell people I want to try cannibalism after someone consents to be eaten after death, they all freak out at me. Suddenly biologically-rooted morals, presumably fearing prions, are almost overpowering. The key to avoiding the prions is to eat people very dissimilar to you. For instance, in central Africa they eat Pygmy humans quite frequently and the genetic gap makes prion-borne illnesses less likely.

The problem with these sorts of questions is it’s always “if she was the perfect girl otherwise forever”. Like sure dude, if she’s gonna be my perfect soulmate forever I’ll fucking disembowel myself for her. She doesn’t have to be a virgin. I’ll still go into the cock cage (maybe that would conflict with being soulmates). But that’s just not how the real world works. She’s still just an ordinary girl. The only character trait you’ve given us is that she isn’t easy. Sure, I’d be down to wait if I…

I really feel like it’s dependent on the individuals in the relationship and can even change as time goes on. Becoming a sort of partner-therapist is a trap either gender can fall into. I believe the woman who say it’s an issue in their lives, and I also believe men like you. Perhaps in the whole, I’d wager that men do it more frequently, but that - when women do it - they are usually doing a lot of it.

It makes no sense to get married when either party can just obliterate 20 years of marriage for any reason they want. And people will rush to defend their right to do so. If it was a genuinely permanent commitment, it would make sense.

Sure, especially during COVID and with inflation a concern it makes it even more important to spend on the most important stuff so as not to drive it higher. But at the end of the day, it might be something worth doing eventually. There’s a lot of benefits besides just paternity issues. I had no idea about the breast milk stuff. The cost is absolutely marginal. Less than 50/parent easily. Ideally you’d want to test both actually though, so perhaps 100 additional. Out of a delivery that already costs about 10k on average in the US (this is a low ball, it’s probably higher now), that is 0.1% additional cost. Unrelated, but other medical supplies are in short demand because of monopolistic price gouging, not the actual cost to produce them. Insulin only costs 3$/dose to make, but sells for hundreds (I forget how much they …

It’s uncommon in general, but it’s perfectly common among nerdy/socially awkward men. Go on any of the relationships subs and you’ll see very inexperienced man/experienced woman pairings all the time. It’s the usual answer when women are asked who had more experience in their current LTR. Inexperienced men absolutely do have to worry about ending up with a mismatched, experienced woman. I mean that is part of why they are devalued now. Supply and demand has made men less valuable, while women’s liberation made women more valuable. It also is due to the reduction of manual labor as a part of their economy, something men simply perform better. As work became more cognitive, service-based, or even mechanical, it became easier for women to compete economically with men as they can perform virtually the same in those fields.

Obesity in general has ruined it, but what OP is meaning to say is that it has ruined it for the thin people. The value of just being in shape is now exceedingly high compared to what it used to be. Like, being a healthy weight is abnormal as far as the average person goes. In the past, most people were thin and being fat (or more muscular, even) was rare. Honestly we could probably offer special visas for women from the developing world to come and rebalance gender biases in the demography. We could even do the same with women-dominated areas like NYC. That’s the only solution within a liberal system. Otherwise we’d have to order the women or the men (or both) to live in certain places.

Yeah another problem people don’t realize is that they think the developing world is a bottomless well of new immigrants, who can easily replace the ones dying off. It is absolutely a problem that is latent in every society on Earth. In some countries, like Chad, where they still have many more children than parents, the problem is obviously not urgent. Still, every country has begun the demographic transformation that follows industrialization/women’s liberation/family planning distribution. The most educated and productive members of every country are the ones having the least children, and this paradigm occurs on a global scale as well. In time, perhaps …

Sure, I suppose. But the rest of the world is developing at a prestigious rate. It takes a lot to motivate someone to learn a new language, abandon their family and friends and homeland, and cross the sea. As those countries have gotten better, while ours has remained stagnant or even backslid in recent years, they have stopped coming - at least to the same extent. Furthermore the quality of the immigrants have gone down. The average immigrant today is less educated, less wealthy, and less likel…

No, it’ll get worse. As the proportion of whites has decreased, we’ve grown correspondingly more divided politically. Not because whites are so great or anything. It’s just that more unique and diverse people have different, and occasionally conflicting, interests. That fosters political division. Each American election has been consequentially more cataclysmic, rapturous, and impassioned than the last, reaching a new high pitch in 2020. This has only a little to do with shifting demography. The…

You’re in denial if you think it’s not an issue. Why do you think this post has 400 replies? The fertility crisis is where dating strategies intersect with global problems. I agree that it doesn’t really matter who is incentivized to have births, but my point is that it isn’t enough. You’re only marginally increasing births and only among the worst members of society. You need a bigger change.

Yeah I’m sure we’re a super power because of diversity and not because we genocided an entire continent and used it to fuel our empire. Additionally the US was 85% white prior to 1965, meaning our status as a superpower pre-dates our status as a diverse country. I sincerely don’t know why the left thinks diversity is a strength. Doesn’t that imply that different groups are inherently different and therefore racism? Idk. Oh well. Numbers are a strength, not diversity. Diversity is a weakness. We’…

Bro it’s just a fact that the French are dying out just as rapidly as the Germans, British, Italian, and every other European nation. Your numbers just look better because your government actively hides the information. I am xenophobic and you do need me. Your country won’t survive without people like me. Increasingly the French agree. If it was just the French who could vote in France, we’d already be in charge.

I wish I had your unbridled optimism, but we’re at least a hundred years away from artificial wombs that are just as safe as a real pregnancy. It’s a fair point though. If technologies were invented that lowered fertility like BC, surely other technologies may be invented to raise it. That has already happened to some extent. The issue is that most people can have kids when they want to; they just don’t want to. That’s why we’re economically and demographically FUCKED.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/01/22 10:07 PM

We won’t be invaded by force. We will voluntarily swing open the gates for millions of, perhaps even a billion in total, climate refugees, which will be sold to us as an economic stopgap measure to combat the dwindling population. 2021 was the year they first designated a group as climate refugees, and it certainly won’t be the last.

France is actually just as much of a shitshow as the rest of Europe, if not dramatically worse. Yes, France successfully limped its way back over the replacement line. How? Not by getting Frenchmen to have more kids, no. Today, about a third of France’s births are non-European and about 40-45% aren’t even French. The French are still going extinct, while the immigrant groups that are parasitical upon France to grow. How is this hidden from you, a Frenchman? How could you not know this? Your own …

The issue is that financial payments don’t work, incentivize births most among the “undesirable” groups, and don’t solve the crux of the issue. Hungary tried this just a few years ago. They managed to marginally raise fertility, yes. However, most of the gains were among the poor especially the Gypsies - who have the most to gain from additional children. But our fertility isn’t declining because there are millions of women desperate to have children who simply cannot afford it. That simply isn’…

No it doesn’t. They use immigration to keep wages down and they’ve been very successful at that since ~1980, but also to a lesser extent since ~1970. Home-grown Americans could conceivably reduce wages, but in practice you will never birth enough extra of them to have a significant impact. We just want enough to replace the population, not tamper with the labor market. Additionally, it takes 20 years for each one to grow into a worker, so the economic impact is significantly delayed relative to …

Actually making people richer causes them have less children. The poorest nations, and the poorest folks in the rich nations, have the most children. This is a problem that has been latent in civilized society since the time of the early Roman Empire. Note: I say early. Their attempts to integrate immigrants proved even less suc…

/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/22 04:45 PM

It was also because the concept had been successfully tested in some western states like Montana, which gave women the right to vote in the 1880s (or 90s I forget). They actually sent a woman to Congress before she could vote in federal elections, hilariously.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/22 04:44 PM

What do you think women scared men into doing it? Or even harassed them particularly harshly? It was more of a genuine, intellectual debate where men were convinced. People today like to pretend some nasty suffragette in circa 1910 personally held Congress at gunpoint and forced them to give them rights. In practice, it was a gradual change about a hundred years in the making.

What the deeply traumatic act of watching me do what I love, watching me practice self-care by responsibly consuming ethically-sourced heroin at a PARTY? No no no. I am the one doing the heroin, not the kids. You think I’d share? It being legal doesn’t matter. I consent to injecting myself with heroin in front of baby children. It has no impact on you. Fuck off and let me live my life, free of your moral high horse.

My point is simply the double standard. Such generalizations are misandristicly thrown at men with the full implication of some biological and innate failure, but apply them to other groups - women included - and they’re offensive even to state. I don’t know about that. Did you know in the Middle Ages it was a sin to not make your wife cum during sex? They thought it was needed for reproduction and since all sex is for reproduction, you had to make it happen or you’re just a dirty sinner using her to masturbate. The averages are deliberately exaggerated way down in order to keep men happy. It’s an open secret in academia. The average man, if he is hauled into a sterile medical lab and groped by a 55 y/o “scientist”/dick measurer, will only be able to maintain a 5” erection. It’s true; anyone would shrink dramatically. But during actual sex, that isn’t your real length. Another factor is that these studies don’t usually adjust for age (your dick shrinks with age, but of course men have no wall lol) or ob…

It’s because most porn is white male porn, or the vast majority at least. It’s made for a primarily white audience after all.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/22 03:37 AM
1

It’s not bro. Sorry about your dick size.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/22 03:34 AM
5

even if by some horrible circumstance you were into it, why would you ever trust another person to stick something up your urethra unless you absolutely have to? Jesus Christ bro do it yourself and save your dick Genitals are extremely soft and prone to infection. If it hurts at all, you have to go ASAP. Even a small amount of rot is life ruining if it’s there.

Bro my god. People need Jesus

It’s a simple and direct answer, but it doesn’t explain why it became the norm in the first place.

If your goal is to avoid being looked at the gym (presumably the reason you don’t like working out in public), looking good is the worst thing you can do. Maybe you can’t help it though
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/22 02:16 AM

Yeah but I don’t think that’s a gendered thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/22 01:45 AM

Nothing? I was just curious. I’m not actually a dramatic person so I’m not offended.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/22 08:36 PM

Outside of the Internet, not really. Sexually unsuccessful strategies like focusing on a career, avoiding crime, and being a faithful partner are strongly encouraged.

I’m getting divorced the second my wife hits menopause. Just reserving my rights, you know? Who are you to tell me how to live?

What’s your body count?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/22 08:16 PM

That’s literally exactly what you said. Either high school or early college. For old guys like me (23) it’s literally over. Every woman has a double digit body count

I can’t say I don’t admire 👀

Our countries are in economic implosion since March 2020. It didn’t used to be this bad, even just a few years ago.

It hasn’t been a worse time to be a single mother since like the 19th century.

Men can’t just download Tinder and have a party phase. It takes literally years of bodybuilding, personality work, and other self-improvement.

Honestly hook ups are one the few outlets as a man. It mirrors women. Perhaps more accurately, women mirror men.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/22 06:11 PM

Yeah can’t imagine why women who are offered everything and waste it are mocked so hard At least most incels never had a chance at a normal life. Single mothers did and wasted it
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/22 06:06 PM
4

It’s true. Basically every woman in America is “promiscuous,” to put it kindly. If you didn’t start looking at 16, it’s over.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/22 06:05 PM

No I’m in favor of standardsmaxxing (minimizing?) and already have. The misogyny is arises partially because the only women they deal with are insufferable.

Uhhh yeah obviously it’s better.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/22 10:25 AM

It’s better than dying alone
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/22 09:09 AM

Unfortunately white men (and women, to a lesser extent) keep fucking animals. Something about white men means they are about 4x more likely to molest an animal in the US than men of other races.

How do you reconcile women having a stated purpose for circumcised penises with them being “half working” and I believe in another place you said they hurt you? Seems contradictory. In fact most of the women in this thread seem to have no preference or even a stated one for circumcision, if anything.

You’re blatantly going around coming up with every excuse. The odds a man gets falsely accused of rape in any consequential way are way lower than a girl actually getting raped. It absolutely happens and we should look at each case individually, but it’s nothing you can worry about. Might as well worry about getting struck by lightning.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/22 02:27 AM

Yeah I’m sure that happens literally 100% of the time retard

Men aren’t shy about being dangerous. Women should be scared of men. We commit 90% of the violent crimes. You’re so much more likely to be killed by a man than a woman.

In what universe are they not going to be bitter about it?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 04:34 PM

Not really. It’s basically Elliot Rodger’s epilogue of a Holocaust for women. Whoever posted it should be on a list.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 04:33 PM
4

Not really. My private school was full of tubby kids. I was one of them. There were a few super fit kids, sure. I bet all schools have them. Two of them were brothers whose dad groomed them from like age 8 to be massively shredded. The younger brother was even more shredded if you can believe it. Yeah, it would have been nice to be groomed for that from a young age. But most people won’t and it’s a massive investment for the dad time-wise.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 04:29 PM

I’ll do 1, 3, and 7. I’ll throw in other easy things that are like 1 like shaving or giving up weed and video games. 2, what’s a master sharpener? 4, well, you saw my post history. Maybe I should make a post here while it’s purge week. 5, 6 just not possible if I’m being honest. At least not in the short-term. Maybe in like a decade. 8, I don’t think it’s possible either, but I guess I’m not an objective observer (see point 5). But any improvement certainly helps.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 04:26 PM

What exactly is the help supposed to be? There isn’t any help. He’s just wrong, in that he doesn’t realize that things like sports or whatever was the self-improvement. Plus they keep at it. Most HVM work hard to stay in shape, build careers. It’s a choice they make every day. Just keep at it. It’s not like you’ll make things worse.

No it’s not. In a vacuum, perhaps if they were offered side-by-side. But women who live dull lives crocheting are just not as likely to bump into suitable men. It hurts them dramatically. That isn’t to say exposure to more men is worth becoming an alcoholic, but the reversed case isn’t really worth it for men either. Perhaps it does apply more to men. I don’t really think so because I think men have more freedom to be exciting than women do. But that’s a very subjective opinion without a lot of …

I mean I can’t say I feel that way sometimes. It’s mostly because slaves are inherently an unproductive and outdated mode of production. Our Capitalist masters didn’t free slaves (and end similar servile practices for groups like white serfs in Europe, white debtors) because of any genuine love of freedom or equality. It was entirely because slaves always drag their legs (assigned to tasks they don’t like, pay never correlated to performance) and do not pay taxes themselves. Their masters pay a …

You spend time posting on Reddit 😐 that’s the biggest one tbh I’m sure you can have a man any time. So can I lol
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 04:00 PM

Not really lol. Most people are absolute pussies until they’re drunk. If they aren’t terrified of you, they’re terrified of the social/legal repercussions of fighting. We’re talking about a society where known criminals walk right into a store, grab whatever they want, and walk right out. There’s no heroes left. No Country for Old Men and all that.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 03:49 PM
1

Okay. The same goes for you, as I’m sure your lived experience confirms.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 03:46 PM
1

There is no easy solution. But even if there was one, our system is too dysfunctional to implement it. It would take massive social change to undo this, on the same level as the change that was needed to bring it about. It is a problem no one knows about that they can’t solve even if they did know about it. It’s like the climate change of demography, but even this analogy isn’t accurate because at least we’re having a discussion about actual climate change.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 03:45 PM

Even as someone who usually defends IQ, sociopaths are a good example where smart and IQ don’t line up. It’s undeniable that they are “dumber” in that they perform more poorly on IQ tests, but they’re smart too in that they can lie so much more easily and convincingly and can incorporate those lies together into a narrative. It’s a massively useful skill.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 03:22 PM

I’m sure he knows to be more tactful now too. Even as a man, being invited over for just sex with no established sexual relationship is absolutely tactless and I’ve rejected women I otherwise would have given a chance to for being that way. Mystery and will she/won’t she are exciting, but they’re also classy and tasteful and subtle. If fate is going to bring you together, why make it easy?

Yeah fair enough maybe not

/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 02:59 PM

You have the most charitable possible interpretation and I have the least charitable one. On the whole, we’re both too lazy to find more studies and see who is actually right. But I will admit I uncritically saw this chart and adopted the views I already laid out, never even considering the point you made. I don’t know. There is very little about white liberals to suggest they like whites, imo. As in I literally only hear them say bad things about whites
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 02:59 PM
4

This is just unhinged misandry. Sorry. I would love to be able to vet women. Unfortunately if I had even the most basic standards, even to the point of the woman just being attractive, I’d never get anything. Most men simply don’t have the options.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 02:52 PM
5

Literally the standard for thousands of years until about 1965. Most men still want it, but most men are sub 9/10 so they can’t even if they can find the last virgin woman in America. Meanwhile male standards haven’t changed, and have only gotten more extreme. Each year, the average man is becoming taller, richer, fitter, and so on. Since it’s about relative success, the baseline only increases.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 02:48 PM

Don’t complain too loud bro. All that shit is coming for men too, and women and soyboys who vanguarded the movement for women are doing it for men too.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 02:47 PM
1

Tinder matches and getting casual sex don’t matter in isolation, sure, but they’re a signal that you’re hot enough for genuine female attraction from people you also find hot. That is something that is very hard for men to live without, and impossible for them to really be complete without. I don’t know if women need men or not, but men absolutely need women. I think you just don’t want to see how bad it is.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 02:45 PM

Perhaps you could give more accurate advice by experiencing the struggle.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 02:41 PM

Women are and always will be a massive tax drain that, on average, take more than they give. In the past they used to give us kids in exchange for help. Now they are maxed out at 3 kids and expect even more benefits for doing it
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 02:37 PM
1

Men will deny it, but it’s obvious that status matters for them too. It may not be as important, perhaps no where near as important, as it is for women - but it is still preferred.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 02:35 PM
1

Yeah including rape
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 02:31 PM

Your last paragraph is self-contradictory, I’m afraid, but otherwise solid comment. That being said, you should really do a Tinder experiment with a man you find average.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 02:26 PM

Don’t worry bro. You’ll be lucky if she’s polite and pretends she doesn’t so you don’t feel inadequate

Pretty sure she’s white
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 02:19 PM

It’s a good point about Japan, but he got you with the gender quota stuff, I hope you can admit. Most recently created constitutions in the developing world do a lot of work to ensure women are actively represented. Even if they don’t have quotas, human rights are enshrined for women. Rwanda famously had ~2/3rds of their legislators as women for a time (due to a combination of the quotas and the prior genocide killing so many men).

Sure. I don’t envy women who want that kind of man. They must be truly impossibly rare in the West. I literally have never met a volcel man. Seems impossible to find even a woman who waits, let alone a man.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 07:00 AM

If you can’t get Tinder matches, you’re not even playing the game IRL either. No matches means virtually none of the girls you like, like you. Meeting you IRL won’t change that unless your profile is shit or you’re super judge mental on Tinder for some reason… Basically, it’s worth getting sorted. Also it’s increasingly popular, especially for casual sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 06:57 AM

I think so, but it’s hard to tell with a sample size of one.

Really? Europeans had strict monogamy for over a millennia, with even things like divorce being outright impossible, because some dude in Judea circa 35 AD said to. Is that really men “in charge”? I guess Jesus was a man. Men had strict obligations too. One of the extreme cases that permitted annulment was impotency, for example. Porn sick men would be on suicide watch
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 02:37 AM
4

No, it’s slow. It took literally generations to work up to where we are. There is almost no one alive who can remember a time when women couldn’t vote federally, and literally nobody is old enough to remember when no states allowed them to vote either (the first was in 1880). Inventions like no-fault divorce took 2 generations to implement. Even still, women largely are dissatisfied and allege the existence widespread sexism. Countries like Rwanda actually had a majority of female legislators fo…

Yeah but guys like us are in the bottom 5% of height mate. It’s not usual. If your height was a dick, it would be like below 3 inches or something. It’s a serious impediment. Just thank God every day that height and dick size aren’t linked. It could be a lot worse.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 01:38 AM
1

Not really bro. Being a video game autist who plays grand strategy games for 8 hour sessions will always be unattractive to most women, and most people in general for that matter. Plus it whatever truth it has cuts both ways. No one is gonna give a 10/10 shit for dressing as a cat on Halloween except to neg her maybe. Plain Janes not so much.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 01:27 AM

Nah looks being more important in HS is a meme. People are still figuring themselves out (see r/blunderyears) and fail a lot, then look for easy things to blame like looks. People actually get more superficial with age.

Single fathers usually have no say in if the child was born
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 01:21 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 01:15 AM
1

My point isn’t that it’s impossible. It certainly is. But after about age 35, the MTTH (mean time to happen) for conception is roughly 2 years. Essentially it’s no longer reliable and you shouldn’t plan or expect to have children there (but certainly you should still take precautions). It’s even more important to take precautions, in my opinion, because health risks for the mother are increased (though still low).
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/22 08:51 PM

Yeah lots of hot and bothered teenagers talking about the age women go into menopause with each other. It’s my favorite pillow talk next to discussing how my dick will lose an inch or so by age 60.

I fully encourage any woman dumb enough to think she can expect to have a kid at 45 to wait and remove herself from the gene pool.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/22 12:16 PM

I absolutely agree, but it’s significant and noticeable even from a young age. Just denying it isn’t suitable either.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/22 07:54 AM

I agree. Men totally refuse to accept that their standards are rapidly raising too. I think pointing to this in the context of attractiveness (as you describe it, a points scale) is very abstract and hard to measure. But more materially, standards among men have risen. For instance, single mothers are far less tolerated than they are 20 years ago. That being said, I think the same is true of women to some extent. Everyone is being flooded with attractive people 24/7, be that through porn, social…
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/22 06:21 AM

Well okay, sure yeah. But no girl in their 20s will expect a guy of similar age to make 6-figs. Just spending money on them is good enough. In something extremely high stress like a residency or grad school, sure, that’s VERY hard, since you have little free time and little money. You can’t be worried about sloots. But you make that sacrifice consciously before going in (I hope).

Perhaps the majority globally don’t. After all, billions of women live under strict and draconian patriarchy. But in the West, especially among the college educated? A double digit body count is perfectly normal, I am afraid to say. In countries like Sweden, the average woman has 10+ partners. This is your daily reminder that the series of comics known as “Black Pill Comics,” heavily circulated in incel and MRA communities, is produced by a self-hating, half-Asian Redditor known as EurasianTiger, a moderator of various Asian identity subreddits. He claims to be the product of a, and I quote, “self-hating Asian mother and a racist white father.” Please do not listen to this mentally disturbed man.

Yeah, but there will always be a segment of men for whom it is genuinely true. Quadriplegics just have to swallow the black pill and admit most people value attractiveness a great deal. Men like that will be discontent and will complain, forever.

No, they’re absolutely a cause. Depression and ASD plague the majority of them, and likely would continue to even if they could secure an LTR with a looksmatch/valuesmatch girl. The majority of men who labeled as incels are not incels as such, but are a more moderate, and perhaps more insidious, group of disgruntled failed normals.

Essentially because I view things through a strict ideology informed mostly by pop-evolutionary psychology. The idea that women are attracted to strong men who either could provide or, more darkly, could compel women to accept them by force. That makes sense; strong men produce the most resources or have the most force with which to dominate others. So why are softboys beloved? I don’t get it. Well, I do. As a man, I fully understand why someone would want a partner who is sweet, diminutive, cor…

I wouldn’t even say exposed. Men openly volunteer it. To some extent, it’s baked into our biology. It is merely something to live , and I will say I think most all men are capable of genuine love in spite of it.

I agree and I think your last sentence especially is very poignant in its phrasing, but I think the genuine TRP folks wouldn’t be surprised if a tubby and apathetic doughboy couldn’t get anyone. Self-improvement is a core tenant in their gender ideology. That being said, I bet a lot of the guys ranting about women online are like that. They may vocally agree on the importance of self-improvement, but fail to live up to that standard. I can’t say I’m not one of them, at times.

Women systematically date older men by an average of 2 years. It’s not as extreme as women pretend men think it is, but it’s certainly real. It’s kind of like saying women don’t like taller guys because once they hit 6’8” they’re too tall. Yeah, the extreme isn’t exactly what they want.

I completely disagree. While MRA shilling isn’t particularly effective, I truly believe women of the upcoming generation are more inclined towards genuine egalitarianism than they are towards fighting an endless gender war, as past generations of feminists have done (and, indeed, had to do in order to secure their rights). It is more or less inevitable that they will be marginalized, in my opinion. They will never be fully accepted by the political left due to their historic complicity in slavery and white privilege more broadly, yet the right will also likely never support their extreme social and economic positions. They will be, and to some extent already are, caught in the middle - as evidenced by the close split of white women between the two parties.

Prostitution is essentially already decriminalized, and alternative methods of sexual gratification (like sex toys or buying Tinder Gold/Platinum/TungstonMAXX edition) are more or less openly accepted, or at least tolerated. I’m not judging them for being overweight so much as lamenting the injustice that women literally just have to not eat so much and they’ll be able to get any guy they want. Meanwhile guys can work for years and still be total failures. Yet girls take this massive privilege for granted and decide to give in to the lowest temptation, food. If you can’t resist food, you are literally a dumb animal.

Yeah but in reality those men probably could get a morbidly obese girl. They don’t want to lose their virginities that way or already have but don’t enjoy that enough to pursue it for consistent sex. Most incels are “vol”cels in that they could fuck somebody just not somebody they are attracted too. I mean, every last one of them could fuck a dude, for example.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/22 12:24 AM
6

No it’s because higher testosterone, fit, successful dudes are generally just fun to be around - regardless of which sex you are. There’s actually been some studies showing that higher testosterone makes someone more likely to make sacrifices for the group, ie. They’re bigger team-players. It’s certainly still a subject open to debate, though.

There is a middle ground between government mandated GFs and doing literally nothing, as we are now. What about greater out reach to people with ASD (the vast majority of incels)? Basic stuff can be done.

This is too extreme, but it’s true that a sizable minority of men simply cannot vet and I don’t fault them for taking whatever they can get. “They should have higher standards” neglects that they simply cannot have standards, period. Odds are those people would have stayed together even without the formal marriage. Also if they’ve been together for 25+ years, they’re from a generation where marriage was expected and perpetual dating would have been more unusual. I guess 25 is only 1996 though. Damn we’re old.

No, it means only a small fraction can really manage it and even in the best case can hardly reproduce at the extent required to sustain our population. The average number of kids in most Western societies is below the 2.2 required for this. It’s even lower if you remove recent immigrants from the figure. In a nation like France, French men have a reproduction rate of something like 1.8. Just pitiful shit that will cause generations of economic problems.

Yes a billionaire and a sports super star can afford to wait to have children. Surely regular, ordinary people should too. I’m sure your reasons for putting off children are just as important as organizing a billion dollar corporation and being the greatest woman athlete of a generation.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/21 03:59 AM

The answer is simply what you refuse to accept. Fertility drops off dramatically after age 30. Infertility is perfectly normal for women 35+. My parents had difficulty conceiving just 2 children in their early 30s and did not have more. Drugs and fertility treatments are expensive and risky. Frequently you can have issues like twins. Even if they succeed, the risk of birth defects is even higher than a normally-conceived child’s would be.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/21 03:56 AM
4

No, it absolutely is about reduced fertility, health, and - yes - the horrifying possibility of a deformed child being born unnecessarily. My parents waited and had fertility issues. Waiting makes absolutely no sense for someone like me, who has fertility issues in his familial history. It is absolutely something people care about and are justified in caring about.

No the average person is certainly getting wealthier, fitter (even taller), is less likely to have prior children, and so on. Expectations are rising on both sides in terms of these, to be blunt, superficial standards.

I find this perplexing because it seems like men today offer less than ever. They’re less masculine, less wealthy in relative terms to their spouses, more likely to divorce you, and so on. They don’t really offer much on average because a young woman today can achieve almost all of what a young man can, barring a few things like priesthood or being in the Navy Seals. In the raw and unsoftened patriarchy of pre-industrial society, men offered resources and women offered family. The transaction wa…

The problem is that virginity is prized in women, but most prized by men who are virgins themselves. Meaning it is desired most by the lowest value men, generally speaking and disregarding youngsters. This is an untenable dynamic, of course. Also remember that women are less likely to be virgins, lose their virginities earlier, and have sex more frequently than men, on average and only among cishets. There is a continuous surplus of virgin men, even if they were somehow paired up one-to-one.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/21 12:27 PM
2

Because I read the studies that show it’s objectively better if she’s a virgin. I mean, it’s better if I am too but I can’t undo that. I fully encourage women to pursue virgin men if they feel that’s hypocritical. Sadly the best places to find them all got banned off Reddit so you might have to go to 4chan.

This is a wonderful collection of misleading studies. For instance, men do feel worse about their partners with age. So what? That has literally nothing to do with being “visual” and everything to do with maximizing partner fertility. Male fertility simply does not diminish with age (as greatly, it still does hence the aversion to older men in the extreme). The key flaw in the article you quote is that physical attractiveness IS a marker of male fertility. Higher testosterone, larger genitals, p…

I really don’t think sex work will become more tolerated. Quite the opposite, in fact. It will literally haunt them and their children and their spouse forever. Globally sex tourism and prostitution are being rolled back, even if pornography is more present. It’s likely that less women work or have worked in sex work than ever before in human history. Edit: not to come off as vindictive or anything. I don’t really think kids should be bullied or think that’s fair or anything, but I do think that…

The majority of that “less than half of men reproduced” stuff was due to infant mortality and the like. Also remember that people whose progeny failed to propagate into the future didn’t count. So maybe you had two kids, but one was gay and the other died in a war. Both may have lived long after you died, but technically you “didn’t pass down your genes” and genetic analysis wouldn’t pick you up in our ancestral record (which is how such stats are calculated). I think a lot of boys legitimately grow up with the impression that women aren’t as “visual” as men, when in truth they are just as visual if not more so according to some studies on the importance of attractiveness in relationships. So they know it matters, but they fall for what Gimpgirl called “simping for men”. I believe that. Body positivity for men, more or less. “Size doesn’t matter” is a good example. I’m sure a similar dynamic can happen to men, but it’s much less likely because men - on average - have far fewer options than women. It simply makes no sense for the average man to remain a bachelor until 40. Most single men that age have less than one unique sex partner a year. Pretty rough. The thing to remember is that RP men are convinced that they can get women who are at least 5-10 years younger. For them, the clock is far less pressing. BC can be thought of as tricking the woman’s body into thinking it is already pregnant, which has accompanying psychological effects. Relevant to our discussion, it causes them to pick less masculine men. Generally, people believe this is because such men are more likely to invest in their children (or whoever’s child it is). The effect isn’t massive and hearing it for the first time can sound somewhat ludicrous, but there are studies to back it up. The “beta bux” explanation is more of an after…

Can it happen with other forms of antidepressants? I do think a lot of the “LVM” stuff is just depressed men. That does make them low value - technically - in the same way that a paraplegic is a low value mate. They’re somewhat incapacitated.

I think the feedback loop is much more reinforced by free time (for exercise/make up) and money (for braces/augmentations/hair treatments), than it is anything genetic. Facial attractiveness is a very narrow genetic window. It’s easy to miss it, or find a good one from two unattractive people. I remember seeing a Miss France winner (obviously stunning) with her parents and they were disgusting.

Honestly all fat people know they should get in shape. Just telling them about it doesn’t motivate them, or else they would have likely already changed. I know I did once I was about 14.

It’s definitely not just weird fetishes. I’ve seen a lot of male sexual issues (premature, being unable to finish, difficulty maintaining erection) blamed on porn.

Honestly I truly believe at least 50% of the problem is early diagnosis of and intervention for ASD and some other behavioral disorders. Autism has the highest fertility impact of any mental illness (pretty much all have a strong, negative one). Rise of inceldom and male autism seems inextricably linked, imo.

Why the unnecessary beta/alpha shit? Men rebound more than women do. They use Jane to console them until they find a Stacey? Lol Pretty sure they just wanted a pick-me-up. No wolf shit necessary.

I have no idea how you think being an incel won’t take years off someone’s life. It is a miserable and lonely experience, I’m sure.

The trouble is that they aren’t going anywhere. Their numbers will only multiply, especially as the phenomenon goes global. Without understanding them, how are we going to stop that? Even with understanding, I doubt it’s possible. We’re already at a terror attack every 3-4 years. There’s no reason to think this problem can’t get a lot worse.

Honestly pair bonding is just bad form in a world where people casually cheat on and divorce each other without consequence.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/21 05:21 AM

Sure but divorce rates are for both, so sure women are happier in the marriages that remain. I don’t even really think the data says that though. They probably just had a low sample size for high n-count women (especially the 21+ champs).
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/21 05:18 AM

I’ve found all the explanations for the 2 partner phenomenon pretty dissatisfying though so I’ve usually thought of it just as some error. It would seem odd to wait until marriage (or the marriageable person) but only after one previous partner.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/21 05:14 AM

Why are women saying this as if it’s some kind of own? Few people dispute it and studies confirm it.

Honestly calling MGTOWs pussies who gave up on life is quite fitting imo. They’re playing it safe, far too safe, and that decision is self-reinforcing because dating only gets harder as you age (even more so if you were on the bench the whole time)
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/21 03:49 AM
1

This might be the worst possible reason. You should just point out that penalties for assailing or robbing women tend to be higher or something, but that this is warranted because women can less easily protect themselves (on average ofc). Not really a satisfying answer, but it’s better than some misandrist ravings about how men have more money to rob or whatever
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/21 03:44 AM

not just if he’s an incel or anything, but if he gets caught up in any cult-like community with a history of violence, you should probably intervene literally ASAP. Even if you’re a selfish prick, people will judge you by your children and you should try to help them turn out normal enough.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/21 03:42 AM

Come on is it really a complete genetic failure to be ugly? Why do you think God let us have plastic surgery, if not to correct His mistakes?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/21 03:40 AM
2

I mean if he’s a self-identified incel, odds are he has issues bigger than attractiveness that will need substantial time to correct. Sure, attractiveness is probably a big issue, but almost everyone can get laid even the most ugly people. It’s less than 4% of men, and that includes men who stay celibate by choice (they really do exist).

To some extent, kind of. But Western civilizations experienced absolutely unprecedented population growth from about the 1700s to 1960s. The growth is even more massive when you consider that we're looking only at Europe. Europe's many colonies like America, Australia, South Africa, etc. all exploded in European population at the same time. Until the advent of birth control, our entire society was essentially constructed around endless population boom.

If they aren't consenting, it's rape. Are prostitutes being raped by having sex purchased from them? No. Are gold diggers being raped when they sleep with a man (or woman) purely for their resources? No.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/21 04:56 PM

Because you're 65 and can't get a 23 y/o for free? I guess that's pathetic? Show me the men who can get them for free, and maybe we can discuss what movies we like seeing them in because they're probably famous actors. Is it pathetic to not be able to do what no one else can do? Not really.

95% of straight men will never fully understand their own sexuality. Honestly not even worth worrying about as a man. You're lucky if you can get consistent sex from a woman you are straight up just plainly attracted to. I always have sympathy for men who monkey branch or stray in a relationship because odds are they didn't even know what they wanted before they got into it, though scientifically experienced men are actually more likely to cheat.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/21 04:42 PM
