| 9 | New Years resolutions can be useful. What have you achieved since the new year?I used Jan 1 as an excuse to combine all my monk mode activities into a consistent schedule. Morning exercise and full breakfast. I've read 2 books over last 30 days (including a RP book "The Way of Men"). Working on my new video project. Etc, etc. But most importantly... 30 days without a cigarette.
