I believe everyone has a shadow, or an assertive side of themselves. I think yours is probably repressed. I would recommend the books “ No More Mr Nice Guy “ and “ Models “ By Mark Manson. Hell even watching some jordan peterson videos on being less agreeable could potentially help you.

In a way its like you gotta switch over to being emotional and impulsive I find because I understand what you mean. I get way to analytical normally.

What about being honest and also aiming to make somebodys day a bit better? That is my goal currently. I completely agree with being very vulnerable and honest its the ethical thing to do

Courage is feeling the fear and doing it anyways. I believe in you, fully accept the fear and embarrassment and do it anyways it will make you stronger. I recommend reading “ Models “ by Mark Manson btw.
