Men cheer on other men who sleep with older women, only when she is not traditionally attractive do they find any fault with this. I wish we would stand up against all groomers and pdf files equally. So glad to see her facing consequences, I just hope they are enough.

As a man who works with children, wtf are you all talking about? I have never once felt creepy or judged. I’m very concerned about your inner monologue, I think you need some time with a good therapist.

You see how a simple google search just disproved your counter point? Do some research.

Thought this was “child marriages” but no of course that’s still fine. You know what’s funny, the same justification for circumcisions is used for marrying a child, religion. Circumcision is religious fanaticism, fix that first.

It’s one link, it’s 5 min, it does almost nothing to “dismantle” feminism.

Toxic masculinity leads to men wanting women who act like and seem like children. Shaved only, short, cute, obedient, subservient, focus on chores, must listen to elders. Your (masculinity) values demand partners who act like children not fully realized adults.

Tell administration, tell your teachers, tell your friends, don’t be silent about this abuse. You are the victim here do not let her control the narrative.

You frame this as he raised the question because of the issue with EVERYONE not being respected. Then only his gets the correction and he only cares about his OWN respect now…. He may not be a misogynist but he is a selfish person who probably displays that behavior quite regularly. How can someone who’s profession it is to help and understand others just be so flippant with a “as long as I get what I want” attitude. That’s exactly what is wrong with the entire profession.

Okay, but why are YOU personally so upset about this. What happened to you to cause you to hyper focus on this? It seems like you have ALOT of anger and resentment towards this subject. I feel that emotional charge combined with the average persons inability to explain the complexities of gender issues in this country is creating a dangerous combo for you. While it is true that women can also be rapists (look no further than the famous case of Cierra Ross) most of the time statistically if men a…

There is a healthy way to have this conversation, than there is this. Failure to communicate, failure to understand empathetically, failure to root out the real cause of the issue. Why don’t you step up and be there for your partner instead of taking a hard stance in either direction. She wants equality and she doesn’t feel equal, it’s not a result of her misunderstanding the time it takes to do laundry, she wants to have a conversation but is lacking the words to describe her position and is in…

Relationships are about equality, either you have it or you don’t. That’s a simple conversation, if it’s not going to work than you either leave or sort your shit out.

How hard is it to understand that just because someone is existing and a women they do not automatically look to date/ hook up everywhere. Imagine not even belong able to let your guard down at a work event because some random person is going to hit on you. Don’t try to date or fuck your coworkers, they are there for a pay check not you! Was this an overreaction given the limited info provided here? Maybe. Was she right to stick up for herself to make sure that doesn’t happen again? Fuck yes she…

Hmmm, I can’t imagine why that one partner is now an ex. You seem so level headed and rational. Maybe, just maybe, your antidotal experience in a small cafe is not indicative of the larger truths about society. As to someone not saying “thank you”, so is that a threat to your future partner? “You better make me feel good about doing nice stuff or else I will no longer do nice things”….. you see the issue here right? Don’t do nice things for people (regardless of gender) that if you expect ANYTHI…

Damn, you mean all the women got together and changed our society and laws to be anti men? Or did the men who have been in power for centuries build a society that doesn’t give a shit about ANYONE but those in power? This society raises both men and women. We are to blame, not the gender who is actually trying to stick up for themselves.

Hey problematic age gaps exist as well as power dynamics. Stop wanting older men to have sexual relationships with (comparatively) children….

What’s weird for me is that it seems like your specifically attracted to an age group? Like why are you legitimately worried about called a pedo? That’s not a normal concern someone should have. Are you concerned because your attracted to young women, have people called you a pedo before? Also, you never really miss out on the “fun” just go out and have it. This mentality is poisoning you, you deserved to have fun and date around. You can do that at any age, especially in your 30’s. Stop worryin…

Eugene says “there is no patriarchy in the hive” which is 100% a true fact. He said this because he was talking about how bees have a Queen (wanna protest bees now?). These lines you complain about are all placed in ways that contextual make sense. How about you stop being triggered by every little thing and take this movement seriously?

Oh, I’m sorry. A magazine using it’s right to free speech is now insane? Do you even read that magazine, or is this just something new to be mad about today? These types of complaints are exactly why men are not taken seriously on this subject. Source: am man

It honestly seems like you all need some therapy. I was SA’d as a child by my sister-in-law (still on family because they choose her over me, would not believe me) and all it shows me is how bad and unloving my family really has been since I was a child. I learned to cut out people who will hurt, went/ go to therapy, and hold no grudges against anyone group of people for what one of them did to me. If you can’t trust or truly have a deep fear you need to seek help. The answer is not to cut off r…

Just go to therapy and get some help. Men feel like they are their own stewards when really they just grew up around shitty selfish people and internalized all their “lessons”. Get some help, surround yourself with good people. It gets better man, people fucking suck, but not all of them. (Source: Abused 30+ year old man here)

False rape accusations are not nearly as common as you would think, and of those accusations that are made a overwhelming majority of those cases are dismissed within the first 24-48 hours due to just normal police work. This idea of “false rape accusations” is majorly blow out of proportion, all you have to do is look at the numbers. Don’t fall for this type of manipulation.

Out of the two parties, one party is being completely honest and upfront about themselves , the other is hiding details in order to have sex with them. It’s not that complicated, falsifying details to try to have sex with someone is sexual coercion. Just because someone is trans does not mean they are above the law….

Darling, regret is not the same as falsifying details to engage in sex. That’s called sexual coercion, that’s sexual violence. Sorry champ.

Well buddy, people are still people, and people can be wrong no matter what they believe in. Clearly, those people are in the wrong with that opinion.

I consider myself a feminist and a large defender of LGBTQIA+ rights. This person was completely fucked for doing this. That trans individual 100% violated consent over and over again. Honestly, this person by not being honest and up front to their partners completely deceived them and it seems that also lead to even more abusive behavior. Fuck this person.
