Really depends what country you are in, and even sate to sate, Queensland doesn't have the same rules for this as new south whales, as an example.

That sounds sketchy, lawyers always know how much you owe them and rarely mess up on that stuff.

Ah ok. In Canada we just call it becoming a permanent resident, or citizenship if you go all the way to get the right to vote etc..

I don't have any good advice, but I'm really sorry to hear you are going through this. Get a lawyer and best of luck to you.

Pay a lawyer and get some solid advice. It won't be that much and you'll be sure it holds up in court. Not just what some randoms think, who might not even live in NJ.

Depends what country you live in. Laws really vary a lot around the world.

This would depend on what country you live in. The laws differ.

In the US for not paying child support. Yes, you can.

A loan not backed by an asset. For example a mortgage is backed by the house, if you default on it, they can take possession of the asset (the house) and sell it to recoup what you owe them. Similar for most car loans. Mortgages and lines of credits are usually unsecured so they don't have a specific asset they then can take possession of and sell.

I'm not a lawyer, but I think in this case you really have to divorce at your place of residence, which would be in the United States right now from the sound of it.

Like everyone else is saying run. But just for fun, ask her for the flip side. Sure, maybe she'll get that if you divorce her, but if she divorces you, then she owes you the same. See how she reacts to that? Only seems fair to me. Keep in mind that women initiate most divorces.

It's not all the time, although I'm surprised they are not doing it now for black owned business as I think the United States has a black related holiday sometime this week. And yes. They give lots of categories free advertising, but those father's days gifts are meant to be given to men who have had kids, not products made by those men necessarily. Most categories are like this, advertising product categories but not based on the gender or race of the owners of the business making the goods.
/r/MensRights19/06/24 09:35 PM

They promote them on the home page (not all the time just front time to time) and have special sections for them (not that I would consider that advertising)

That's good. I was afraid you saw that post and was letting it eat at you for months which would have been very unhealthy. Honestly, best of luck to you, but I doubt you'll get much traction here on this topic. As someone else mentioned, people are here to heal and most are not super open to debates or changing their views on things (right or not). Parts of the internet I love, some parts suck and some parts are just evil. Best I advice I can give is block/stay away from anything you don't like …

Ok, so yeah I don't agree with that post. Have you been sitting and seething on this for the past 2 months? I really hope not for you. Honestly my 2 cents for you is to block us and move on, I'm sure you have better things to worry about than some strangers you'll never meet.

I didn't see that post, so I can't comment, if it is as you describe I certainly wouldn't agree with that. But why are you here in this sub? Doesn't sound like you like the content of the posts. Then issue is, it was never a law, just an interpretation of the constitution/previous laws. Government could have made it into a law anytime, and many promised they would. People could have lobbied to make it into a law, but few did.

I think what OP is going for, is that often women are chosen to be the care givers in custody disputes and they are using his one example as a data point I show that motets are not always the best caregiver. I agree it's a bit if a stretch, but I think that's why they posted here. (Please don't downvoted me to oblivion,I'm just stating what I think OPs thought process was)

Yeah, but that would mean a lot less profits for the prisons. It's crazy when you think about it, but technically, America's are the most criminal people in the world. If viewed by the % of their population locked up behind bars. The problem is that the general population has no sympathy for "criminals," so it's easy to pass laws criminalizing things and to also make sure no one in prison really have any attempt at reform. People don't think that most of these "criminals" will feel like society …

It's a balance of power thing,. Women want marriage, so they act a certain way, which they don't like, but it helps them get what they want. Once they have it, there is no reason for them to keep acting this way, plus they are well protected in the even of divorce so they act the way they want. To be fair, men do the same, act all nice to get the bedroom and then change. But unlike mariage, men have to keep acting nice if they want the bedroom, since there is no guarantee there like the protecti…

That 1 in 5 number has been debunked. Also I would assume a few perpetrators are responsible for the majority of assaults. It's not that a lot of women and men sexually assaul people, but the few that do probably do it a lot.

I don't disagree. She should pay the money to the courts and it should be put in escrow until the lawsuit is resolved. This way there is no incentive for her to make false claims as she still has to put out the money.
/r/MensRights15/11/22 01:22 PM

Maybe, but back to my original point. Calling them a loser is not going to help things at all.
/r/MensRights05/11/22 03:03 PM

I'm not saying you are wrong. But do you really think coming on here and calling people a loser is going to help that situation or just further them in their current belief? I'm sorry you had a bad experience dating someone who maybe went too far down this rabbit hole. But if you want to help, then say constructive things, if you want to breed more hatred towards women, then by all means, keep calling random strangers on the internet a loser.

No. 100%. Based on Saudi Arabia law (you did not mention where you are based out of is it Saudi?) Then it's really based on your permission. Even if she's not from Saudi the embassy will need to talk to hers to discuss jurisdiction. Statistically maybe you are based out of China, based on world population, then length of marriage doesn't matter, if the courts cannot get your to reconsisliate then you will owe your female spouse a good amount to ensure her standard of living

100% what he said. Consult a lawyer. Worst case you spend a few hundreds and are ready but don't need it. Also be careful taking advice from the internet on this. The laws etc.. very hugely based on what country you are in, and often even inside the same country different administrative regions can have their own laws as well.

I'm not a lawyer, and I'm not sure what country you are in, but to me that sounds like a bad idea. The lump sum could easily be spent early and then will come after you for more, and it might also show you have a lot of assets and you could perhaps pay more. I'd really see with a lawyer first to make sure this would be considered final, and also that morally, if your child was ever homeless on the street you would be fine saying no, suck it up, if the money is spent quickly upfront. As someone…

Yeah, some people think if the next thing they are going to say while you speak and some think they are so much smarter than you that like a 3 year old child they can covertly bring you to where they want you to be. It works with some people, but not everyone. It's a very narcissistic trait. They think they are smarter than you but need your approval, so they try to lead you to agree with them.

/r/Divorce_Men08/06/21 03:04 AM

Yup. Agreed 100%. I've heard soooo many people get it wrong. That and at source deduction. A huge bonus sucks because they hold so much taxes. Yeah they do, but you'll get some back when you file your taxes etc..
/r/Divorce_Men03/06/21 10:10 PM

If you have to pay a set percentage if your income then it is right to look at the marginal rate. If you have to pay 25% of your income plus 40% marginal. If you make 20$/hour at your side hustle, it's fair to say you pay 5$ in support extra an hour then 40% of the remaining 15$ so 6$ so you only have 9$/hour left in your pocket. He wasn't saying he loses money in it, just that it was not worth the extra hassle.

How is this helping you go your own way? If you want to help others why not post about your cooking and how you enjoy it and maybe even post some cooking tips?

Go your own way, don't compare yourself to others, live your life, if it makes him happy then good for him. The lesson in this story is that cooking is a good skill to have, if you don't have it, then consider giving it a try, you might like it.
/r/MGTOW226/05/21 03:13 AM

Yeah maybe. If you want to go your own way, focus on yourself and dont let what other people do bother you. There are psychiatric and dating subs if you want to talk about doing or why people do what they do. We're here to talk about how to better ourselves without trying to fo.low the common path.

Agreed. I think I could change oil if I really had to, but I've never actually done it. However I have desoldered components to fix electronics and soldered some wires to fix corroded traces on a PCB. I'm sure a lot of people wouldn't be able to do that without looking at a YouTube video. We all have different skils and the goal should simply be to expand those based on your needs and interest.

I call fake post 100%. There is a true story of a women suing a neighbour who used to babysit frequently for child support, however I highly doubt she won. I just want to talk with other like minded individuals who are focusing on themselves and who are not building their lives around being in a relationship. Most of what I see in this sub is warnings against women etc.. ok yeah I get it, our legal system in unfair, lots of crazy women out there, but there are lots of crazy men too, they don't have a monopoly …

So part for thr kid but also part to support her ex to keep living the standard of living he was accustomed to while they were together. edit ok so looked it up. Not alimony, it's just so he can give the child a standard of living similar to what she would have if she was with her mom and payments stop at 19.

Funny you mention Kyle. His vague announcement really makes it seem like she cheated or at least screwed him over and my first thought was wow, I think we have a new mgtow there.

Good to know I'm not missing out on anything, I'm about your age and gave up a few years ago, just couldn't deal with the fakeness. What is RMV? Couldn't find the definition anywhere.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
