Yeah I'm actually agreeing with this point of view at this point in time. It's a hairline on this side of criminal theft. Any time before this would not meet the threshold of criminal behavior. Though (especially if she actually returned the food to the restaurant) I'll still say that it is extremely doubtful that any cop would arrest her or any prosecutor would follow through on charges or any judge would find her guilty. It would be deferred ad a civil issue.

No that doesn't follow at all. That's nothing like what we are talking about here. Door dash then has a choice to either continue payment out of their own pocket to the restaurant, or not, possibly depending on their contract with that restaurant. I'm not denying it, but typically people with your attitude, who think that's the only thing that matters or obsessively focus on that, also tend to have a fatalistic belief system that that is a major cause of their own life problems, that if they were light skinned then all would be fine in their life. Yes, there are some bastardizations of aikido and other martial arts in which the so-called Masters employee chi power to manipulate their students without even touching them. Real aikido, as taught generally in the US, I don't know about other countries, teaches a lot of good techniques that could be used in exactly this kind of situation. It's not great for street fighting, but this guy definitely used a proper armbar type technique with knife removal that is often taught in aikido.
