Coming from someone discussing in bad faith, that's hilarious

The sub really is 90% incel whining "a feminist was mean once, so they're all bad" and "but what about the men and boys being hurt? Don't mind that it's men doing the harm only look at the victims!" The other 10% is a really sucky situation, but all we get are biased one sided stories that downplay the men and gaslight women as though they're crazy. I had hoped it would be a decent place where actual problems are discussed, with a few stragglers every now and then, but it's just an echo chamber …

Toxic Masculinity isn't "men being men", it's when gender roles negatively affect men. Forcing men to conform to gender roles and then belittling them when they don't is toxic masculinity. Expecting a man to handle situations through violence and then calling them a pussy when they refuse to is toxic masculinity. It's about the negative traits associated with masculinity that worsens life for all of us.

The people who are using this issue to whine about double standards don't recognize this is a terrible situation where people are just doing the best they can and as such those things don't apply.

The fact is women recovering from trauma do require a safe place away from men, assuming that's what they want. If OP is upset about this he should do the opposite, I've certainly seen workplaces that support male parolees before.

Just spent a couple hours on popular, didn't see anything bashing men.

Good on you mate, so much of this thread is just incel whining. Even then, most women don't climax only from penetrative sex, so if all the guy is doing is jackhammering he's doing it wrong.

I've been on reddit for a few years, largely following specific hobbies. I haven't had this issue.

I've had 2 therapists and they've done just as you said so my experiences have been positive. To be fair though they were interns who had just come out of college, so they're learning the newer strategies as you said. It's really too bad that negative experiences are so prevalent here, as it has just been a good thing in my life and I'd like others to get that kind of help too.

Just do what you want, the people who judge you for this don't matter. My daughter paints my nails sometimes and I wear it with pride.

Funny, it's that awareness that therapy has helped me with. I'm more communicative and capable of expressing my emotions better thanks to my work in therapy.

Right, making up these victimization ideologies actually worsens our stances when facing actual issues. Nobody wants to listen to a man who blames all of his problems on others, even when he has a real problem.

Too bad it's biased

Right, all we see is one side so I'm not passing judgement on this. I recognize that the law has issues and he could be a victim of them, but until I've seen all sides I can't take his side.

Double Standards is all that sub is. A few days ago I saw a post criticizing the "size doesn't matter" saying, the comments were praising her with everyone saying they have goldilocks vaginas and need a dick that's just right. Then the next day there was a post complaining about men who want to know early on whether they're sexually compatible. I get there's a bit of value in both, you don't wanna get with people trying to pump and dump if you're looking for a relationship and if sex with someon…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
