Uh I’m a PMHNP and my curriculum included advanced health assessment, patho, and psychopharmacology. (And a lot of other shit too amigo) I definitely know I am not a doctor nor an expert on everything but I feel fairly confident in assessment, diagnosis, and prescribing.

Bought a house in December and I actually enjoy the housework. Nothing felt better this past Saturday then when I had taken the dog for a 4 mile hike, got an hour weight workout in, mowed the yard, vacuumed/mopped all floors, cleaned toilets/sinks, dusted, and did laundry....all before noon. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner I can not think of any psychiatric disorder that the symptoms are controlled by music. Possibly anxious symptoms, but for my patients with anxious disorders or other issues that might interfere with academics we write letters for accommodations so the university can provide extra time or separate facility etc. She is basically full of shit and I’m sure nothing here is news to you but good luck if it turns into some kind of big deal.
