Oh, I'm quite sure, but they're not in abundance.

The top comment: In my experience, girls with high numbers have something about their personality that makes them hard to date. They're insecure or have a temper, etc. So I don't feel the number is the problem, the problem is that your high number tells me at least 60 guys did not want to date you.

The answer I was looking for. Nice man. Makes complete sense to me now. Just take advantage of the decline.

I've something to add here. In my unit at university, the guys were looking at tinder. They read out one girl's profile, where she said "if you can't put up with...blah feminist bullshit...blah. entitled me...blah, then swipe left", as soon as the guy read that out, I said very loudly "But who would put up with that?". The reaction I got from the guys was wonderful. They all agreed with me. But then I realized that the girl they were talking about was standing behind me. That's why the guys had …

This is a wonderful post! What is some specific advice that can be given to a man of eighteen years old?

Unfortunately, I can confirm that this is only too true for Australian women also.

Number 4 is very important. "It shows that you have time and it is valuable." I can agree with this one because it works for me. It makes you seem more important to them. Never let it be the other person who says the "Goodbye". Good stuff, WUA

The title lead me to assume that he lost. You've a lucky brother!

So he didn't actually get sued if he won, right?

Yeah, asked her out, she never replied. I definitely left it too late. Oh well, we learn from our mistakes, eh?

That's what I was thinking. It'd be too dangerous if it was with someone in my class. Thanks for the advice, Mazz

I'd advise this as well. Just wait until you're out of high-school.

Haha, probably not. Like I said, I haven't a clue! :P

I'll certainly check out these 5x5s that everyone's talking about. Also, I have a couple small 5kg weights in my room at home. I suppose it wouldn't hurt to just lift them, maybe 50 lifts at a time, when I'm on the computer or reading or something?

I should mention I'm Australian, so we don't say things like 'What up girl" or "Wassup", but we do have similar informal greetings :P When you said "You're in" are being sarcastic? Or is that actually true that "I'm in"? Sorry, I'm new to all of this. Like Vulturo, you've mentioned these same kind of things. This is good confirmation for me. Thanks for your reply, SB.

Thankyou very much, Vulturo. Your advice has not gone unappreciated.

Yes, that was my thinking. Obviously online interactions should be kept to the bear minimum. How should I go about the first message to her? Should it be something like "Hey x, I was nice meeting you at the party. How're you going?" Several messages later "Would you like to catch up for some coffee on the weekend?" Blah blah blah. Or is that too simple? May I ask what "Kino" is?

It does seem like most of these things can apply to Melbourne as well (from my experience)

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
