Is there anything on this particular subject/tactic you could point me towards to get more insight and examples on this? This is quite interesting. I'd probably reformat my conversations with people entirely based on this premise with how genius it sounds.

Commenting here so I can reference the workout plan. You have a great mindset by the way. Great TRP post.

What's your wardrobe looking like? Are you wearing a hoodie and baggie jeans and a pair of unflattering shoes? What's your haircut like? Are you over weight? Look at your presentation- It's the easiest and fastest thing you can change about yourself to boost confidence. Other things too, like your posture and facial expressions are important, so look in the mirror and make sure you don't look like someone who is tired or exhausted, but ready to take the world on in confidence.

Right, however there's a fine line between confidence and dangerous delusion. It's great to feel like you can 'hold your own if in a pinch,' but all I'm saying is if a fight were to actually take place, it'd be better to try to diffuse the situation or be well-versed in the art of Run-Fu, than go in thinking you make a swing just because you're 'swole.' If we want to talk about building internal confidence... Weight-lift AND train in a martial art. That's true confidence right there. Like I said…

Creating a presumptive fallacy isn't invalidating anything head on; it just makes you look like a moron. Also, as a Boxer, I'm quite aware of the reason behind weight classes.

You're side-stepping the point by bringing up height and the 'trained' fighter's fitness into consideration. Also, I don't think you saw the entire video where the tall body builder was quickly quelled by the shorter female BJJ fighter.

Just because you're muscular though doesn't mean you're worth anything in a fight. It's a personal pet peeve of mine; those who correlate the two... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KzXQGMqY8_E

Damn, only 16 and already getting introduced to the Red Pill? That's a hell of an advantage. You're going to be a formidable Alpha beast by your 20's man. "Think and Grow Rich" and "The Law of Success" by Napoleon Hill were both fantastic reads, are major staples in my library, and kickstarted my transformation. I'd probably start off with those two, other than the TRP Handbook and The Rational Male, since I know firsthand how powerful those books were in impacting my career and overall growth.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
